@xMazingerZ Parce quand le perso fait une chute de 30cm, il meurt. Il attend même pas de toucher le sol pour mourir, il se désintègre après avoir parcouru 30cm de chute libre. En plis comme il est tout rigide et qu'il a aucun élan, il tombe jamais à la diagonale : quand tu crois prendre de l'élan pour tomber d'une plate-forme en hauteur pour retomber sur une plate-forme en bas à droite, en fait il tombe tout droit comme une putain de brique.

I aquired this game somehow when I was a kid, played it a bunch and never got much further past the first door. This game is STUPID hard, this guy made it look like a joke. Great vid.

Spelunker is the hardest, most frustrating game. I remember getting this for the NES when I was six.  I wanted to jump out the window.

hmm, i wonder if it was worth it for pseudo-mario to fight ghosts, die due to 2-inch falls, and get blown up by bombs and charred to ashes by the burning remains of recently emblazed bats only for a small pile of treasure that will probably get him a bunch of money that he will probably blow on really lame crap that he will never actually use or more spelunking equipment that he will use to search another cave that probably won't have any treasure in it anyway.

i tried and tried to get past the beginning but never could. then i left the game in a mud puddle dried it out with a hair dryer and i was invincible for 4 gameplays but then it froze when i fell down a hole. nice to see the ending.

I don't think that's a trick; you seem to return to the "beginning" of the area when you die. That behavior is exploited by the player for the sake of a fast time.

In order to jump over the rock, press left key of "Controler 2", and jump to right using "Controler 1". This can do only "left to right", not "right to left", so I used bombs to destroy the rock that located the left side. (Turbo is not related.)
