lol that similar glitch is found in alot of rockstar games like mc3 or remix. we're i found on wuz a corner ofone of the walls in alanta but you can drive in it alittle but then if u go to far u start to fall and then get spawned again the point of it wuz to get nitrous

one way to get the chopper down there is... go through the empire state building with a chopper and come to where there falling... just fly it under it and when they come the blades will blow them away... :D
