His arms are to square.They need to be straight out.His entry is making to big of a clash.Its because his arms are'nt entering right.And it also looks to me when he is pulling in the water he is doing a S which can ad time.My advise on how I fixed it is to do finger drag on freestyle & really think on how your bringing your fingures in and how you are pulling straight down.
hi, im only 14 so not a pro but iv swum fly at the nationals so im not a beginner. i would say that your streamlining at the beginning is good but u need to come up a lil bit sooner. also, just before you surface to begin the stroke, speed up ur kick a bit to help with momentum. in the stroke just work the second kick of each pull. other than that, great!!
