I beat Ace Combat 4 and Ace Combat 5 and I'm gonna beat Ace Combat X for PSP eventually and this game. Was the Belkan War or whatever any good for PS2? Cause I heard it was nowhere near as good as 4 and 5.

I heard AC4 Distant Thunder was great.. It's unfortunate I never got to play it. Lucky you.

The newest AC installment strayed from the Ace Combat universe and decided to make a story with real-world nations.. and I thought Fires of Liberation was bad.. it's been downhill since ACZero.

@myquill23 I enjoyed the game play, superweapons, and music of AC6, but the character dialog really turned me off, to campy and melodramatic, with the "go dance withe angels" line being nails on a chalkboard to me. Shattered Skies (Distant Thunder) was far more solemn and reserved, with only a few micro particles of cheese, much better. If you have access to a PS2 or PS3 I highly recommend picking it up, you won't be disappointed.
