  • Could anyone tell me what they' re saying? I'm italian and I don't understand their accent very well. Thank you so much :)

  • Lololololol Liam just wants to be john Lennon! I love him xxxxxxxx

  • What a cunt!

  • Wow...really Oasis? Your band will never reach the heights INXS reached. Michael Hutchence also has enough class to not act like a fucktard on TV. I bought that Wonderwall CD when it came out...after hearing this it went in the garbage and is now in some landfill rotting.

  • Brits 96... What a show.. This and jarvis cockers run in with mj

  • "And I'm extremely rich and your not" Oh Noel<333

  • shit band, shit human beings.

  • Noels such a dick but hes funny

  • gonna be what? Nothing? hahaha

  • @seektherapy70 Only one of the biggest bands in British history you uneducated twat.

  • @SpawtAwnProductions did you just call me a twat?

  • @seektherapy70 You must struggle to read if you have to ask that question.

  • @SpawtAwnProductions grow up, prick! I am not gonna fight with a 12 year old

  • @seektherapy70 Youtube is too easy sometimes.

  • @SpawtAwnProductions Do not take it out on me because you are the fat kid in 3:07 of your "Murray Hall - End of Year" video you posted

  • @seektherapy70 No I'm not. But I wouldn't mind being him considering he's ranked in the top 1000 smartest young people in the world. You really aren't very good at this are you?

  • @SpawtAwnProductions Brains are hardly the key to success. It's the fast thinking businessmen, which do not give up on their goals that become the worlds billionaires. I have seen my friend hire smart people with their PhD's from MIT and Columbia University, just to be fired because they were too slow in making decisions. The cocky people are covering up their insecurities and normally land the mediocre jobs and then live the rest of their life regretting shit from the past.

  • Hutchence was a natural and brought a poetry to what it was to be a rockstar. Soul, intelligence, style and incredible sexiness. The British Press hated him for it, and hated him for smacking one of their own. They got their revenge by peddling the 'erotic asphyxiation' theory - a lie that broke the hearts of his family, besmirched the memory of this natural showman, and serves only to titillate the moronic peasants who continue to wallow in one of rock's most ridiculous myths.

  • @kensharpuk this is the biggest load of shit ever written on you tube, laughable ,you truely are a joke

  • Michael Hutchence is pure shite if you dont agree your a racist :)

  • @randyhandbag you are a peculiar little cock.

  • @kensharpuk why coz im rite, so your the dick :)

  • @randyhandbag or just not insane :P

  • Id like to think Noel regrets saying that, seriously not cool. Not good to insult for the sake of it. Michaels voice is so soulful and powerfull it puts liam to shame.

  • Noel Gallagher is and always will be a legend :)

  • hutchence act very nice to them and in the other hand they act dirty to him, stupid guys!!

  • amazing guy ,somthing that the oasis shit boys !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!wish to be/ michael was gorgeouse and baeatifull

  • oasis are dumd and idiots acctting like in high school . its coused by jealousy in michael hutchence that was top 100 levesl over them.

  • Fuck Oasis, bunch of disrespectful no talent idiots.

  • who are the has beens now ???......

  • clearyly noels coke years

  • he wasnt a has been he was a never was, i mean really? inxs? they were shite truth is hutchence was a wanker and the irony of it all was he died wanking

    end of

  • @mainface Hutchence was depressed. Prozac, an increasingly complicated relationship with Paula Yates, and hounding by the Press led to a final night of despair. He didn't die wanking, mainface. He committed suicide and left a shattered mother and father behind, as well as an orphaned baby girl. Have some class and sensitivity, you ugly, stunted little yob.

  • @kensharpuk suicide you say? what from the biggest overrated ego maniac ever to spawn from that backward convict colony, leave it out son, he was too up his own arse for that to happen? he was found hanging from a door knob with his trousers round his ankles, auto asphixiation i think they call it"turning off the gas" the cunt was 6 foot tall or something if he meant to top himself he wouldnt have done it 900mm off the ground on a door handle, either way he was shit who cares?

  • @mainface You're too full of hate. Beware - it will eat you up. Credit where it's due, come on. Hutchence was a text book rock star, who loved poetry, travel, fine wine, great food and wild drugs. The Gallagher boys are great too in their own way, but this is witless. Hutchence had a broken hand from punching the wall, he was about to spend Christmas without his family, he was on a come down, and the coroner ruled it was suicide. A dark of the night of the soul, mate. We've all had them.

  • @kensharpuk i aint full of hate, i just think the guy was a wanker

  • Hutchence was a great frontman and vocalist, and INXS are pretty much nothing without his charisma and original vocal tone. Oasis on the other hand are not only 'has beens' , but their music is basic and not very original. They offered little, only attitude they ripped of people like Axel Rose from Guns n Roses.

  • I think that any musician who slates another musician is just disgraceful. INXS started in 1977 and respect is deserved. Oasis are superb but comments like that are just embarrassing and pointless.

  • Oasis have got to be the most over rated band in history...how can they even compare themselves to the Beatles...Beatles 1billion record sales, Oasis 70 milllion. The Beatles 27 studio Albums over 10 years. Oasis 7 studio albums over 19 years. The Beatles...changed rock and roll history and were behind a cultural and social revolution. Oasis just another 90's band that is lost in the crowd of all those other 90s bands.

  • what does guigsy say?

  • I liked how quickly Noel walked away after he said it too; I almost didn't catch the last word because he was already walking

  • @specialness16 Well spotted, and good point - superfluous nastiness that even he probably flinched from as soon as he said it.

  • @kensharpuk definitely, but I suppose everyone mistakes, it's just a good idea not to make such big mistakes when you have so much exposure.

  • @specialness16 women love kinky men.. not arrogant men! At least I do and all my friends!! Damn i bet he was HOT in bed :D

  • But it's interesting that neither Noel or Liam have ever spoken about Michael since this in the press. I doubt either of them are proud of what happened that night.

Noel has mellowed out a lot since then, it helps he isn't blind drunk like he obviously was here.

  • @FaithIsAnnoyed -Well hopefully they realized this was wrong to do. Although I do not believe these brothers learned their lesson because they have spoken out about other artists in the biz years after they made this comment about Michael. The one I read about are Kylie, Britney Spears, Back Street Boys, Robbie Williams and more. When are these two going to realize not everyone has the same taste in music -that is why music is so diverse. By the way Michael is BETTER (much) than Oasis!

  • Also, it has to be said. There is a backstory between Michael Hutchence and Oasis, that predates this. Bono claimed that Liam wanted to fight Michael at an Irish bar all three were drinking at together. Michael was actually a fan of Oasis, but said that his solo album would be "better than anything Noel Gallagher wrote". He apparently was putting Oasis down quite a bit in the weeks leading up to this.

You can see the tension between them before Noel badmouths him.

  • It's harsh what Noel said to Michael, but in all fairness to Noel, this was the height of their popularity and drug consumption....they were insulting everyone at that time.

It's kinda sad that INXS fans are throwing hate at Oasis over this. Both bands are great, and it's okay to like both of them. Nobody there could foresee what Michael was going to do the next year. It was just something said, and it can't be undone.

I'm an Aussie too, so I ain't being biased. Oasis made great music.

  • @FaithIsAnnoyed I think Oasis had a couple of great albums, but INXS were so much more original. I find Oasis really 'safe' - nothing that blows you away.

  • @FaithIsAnnoyed -What is Sad is that Michael was happy to see them win and also to present the award to Oasis -and Noel not only greatly disrespected Michael and his talent -but he did it in front of an audience on a major music award show he humiliated & embarrassed him! What is Great is Karma... turns out Oasis wasn't all everyone thought they were cracked up to be -they are not able to create that magic during their two best selling CDs. Oasis spoke too soon -it's not easy to stay on top!

  • ah, the irony. I hear wonderwall (and ONLY wonderwall) on the radio once a year (if that) but I hear INXS weekly - and many many different tunes. :) Who is the has been now?!?!

    RIP Mikey.

  • Michael Hutchence was such a class act.He was more "rock star" than oasis ever thought about being.Michael was going through very tough times with Paula Yatesand Bob Geldof and he was very depressed over the custody battle over the kids.michael was so depressed that sex was the last thing on his mind!!!People...read the autopsy report. It says suicide by hanging!!!He was naked yes,but he always slept nude like lots of people do.HE WAS HEARD SCREAMING TO bOB ON PHONE.suicide not sex act gone awry.

  • @cyndarbroful Good point, very, very well made. If only more people thought as clearly as you and without the ugly, moronic judgements. Hutchence was a tortured soul by the time he died: the vultures who continue to besmirch his name are parasitic peasants.

  • He's a cheeky bastard. Michael didn't have time to be a has been. And look the Gallagcher brothers now, a pair of sadass old cockstars. THAT'S why all the good ones die young, cos the miserable bastards grow into old bastards. They get cursed with old age.

  • Anyone who thinks Oasis were more talented, and had more hits, than INXS should take a listen to 'Definitive INXS' which has 21 of their hits on it, most of which most people would know and probably like, whether or not they're big INXS fans. I'm assuming Oasis may have a Greatest Hits album but I'm absolutely certain they didn't have anywhere near as many hits as INXS !

  • That was a disgusting thing to do. Liam and Noel have always felt the need to say obnoxious, 'provocative', things but that was probably the lowest of the low, and I would have thought that Liam, who always seemed the most obnoxious of the two of them, would have said it, not Noel, who seems slightly nicer than Liam. Either way, absolutely disgusting and I hope Michael didn't take it to heart. He had more talent and charisma then they could ever dream of having.

  • This is a douche move by Noel. As much time as i have for Noel i think that this was the most unclassy move done in music. Fucking drunk bum

  • For all those saying Oasis aren't as successful.

    Oasis- 70 million records

    INXS- 30 million records

Their later albums still sold more than the majority of INXS albums.

  • @yesyesohyay10 , least michael had charisma. Oasis WERE nothing but fukn boring, whining sods who had to resort to ripping off their idols and regurgitate material. funny who the has been is now! oasis were also shit live! Michael had the crowds in the palm of his hand.

  • @TheJimbobmoore I totally agree with everything you've said. Michael was charismatic, sexy and talented - a REAL rock star, unlike Noel & Liam who are totally unlikeable, foul-mouthed, arrogant, boring, whining and deluded (they clearly thought they were rock gods but they were more like characters out of Spinal Tap, i.e. wannabes!). What's so funny about Noel having insulted Michael at the Brits is the fact that what goes around has come around and he and Liam are history now. Hooray!

  • @yesyesohyay10 Perhaps they did outsell INXS but, you know what, INXS's music is more memorable, and less generic, than Oasis's, and Michael Hutchence was hugely talented, charismatic, good looking and classy, which is something neither Liam Gallagher or Noel Gallagher ever were or ever will be. I can probably remember about 3 or 4 Oasis songs but many, many times more INXS ones and I bet that's the same for countless other people too!

  • @leicestergirl63

Is that why Oasis albums regularly feature and even top best record of all time lists?.

  • i think this is the only time ive EVER heard guigsy speak!

  • I think Oasis is a "has been" now, and Noel Gallagher will never reach to be like Michael Hutchence. BTW: Radiohead should won anyway! LOL

  • @fer261 Exactly. Oasis ARE total has beens now, and if I remember right a couple of years ago one of their albums was being given away free in a national Sunday newspaper here in England. I bet they never in their worst nightmares thought that would ever happen! They're neanderthals, and the way Liam strutted around the stage like a retarded monkey in this video is evidence of that, together with all the shit they always spouted. Michael was so much better than them.

  • @leicestergirl63

Noel Gallagher gave away a free cd of his own acoustic versions of well known tracks from past albums. Many other bands have done the same. I guess Radiohead are hasbeens. You know, songs like Slide Away, Acquiesce, Wonderwall, Talk Tonight, Rockin Chair, Half The World Away, Masterplan etc... I can go on if you like?.

  • @yesyesohyay10 No, don't bother to go on. Oasis were / are OK (not great by a long shot) but were over hyped and their success has been relatively short lived. Are their albums still selling and, if so, are they selling well enough to put them at the top of the charts? I think we all know the answer to that. Some of their albums may feature in 'best records of all times' lists (do they???!), and I even have a couple of their albums (which I didn't buy!) but a lot of their music is forgettable.

  • @leicestergirl63

Oasis split up 2 years ago so of course their albums aren't going to be in charts. Saying that, last year Oasis sold over 250,000 albums in the UK off their back catalogue alone.

  • @yesyesohyay10 Oh yes, I forgot they split up - that's how much effect they had on me! They're hardly a huge loss to the music world. They had fleeting success, were over-hyped and now they're finished. INXS are still putting out music though and touring, and would have been if Michael had lived, and they're still successful so Noel's abusive comment to Michael makes him look even more of an idiot now than it did when he made the mistake of saying it !

  • @leicestergirl63

I don't think many people in the UK even know who INXS. I thought they'd split up until you just mentioned they were touring.

  • @yesyesohyay10 Well, I don't know what country you live in but obviously it's not in England, or else you're not old enough to be aware that INXS were VERY big here in England and had numerous hits, unlike Oasis who really only had relatively few in comparison. Oasis were very over-hyped here in England and were 'flavor of the moment', and got lots of press attention because of their obnoxious 'bad boy' behaviour but INXS and Michael Hutchence were the real deal.

  • @leicestergirl63

lol Oasis had far more hits than INXS.

The band was listed in the Guinness Book of World Records in 2010 for “Longest Top 10 UK Chart Run By A Group” after an unprecedented run of 22 top 10 hits in the UK. The band also holds the Guinness World Record for being the "Best band Britain has produced in the Last Decade" in the UK between the years 1995 and 2005, spending 765 weeks in the Top 75 singles and albums charts.

  • @yesyesohyay10 Oh dear, you're a bit of an Oasis 'anorak', aren't you?! You must be taking the piss when you claim Oasis had an 'unprecedented run of 22 top 10 hits in the UK'. Oasis - 22 hits???Yeah, right. I have two of their albums (given to me, by the way - I wouldn't waste the money on them myself!) and Wonderwall, etc, on but each album only has less than a handful of memorable songs and a smattering of 'hits'. INXS had many more songs people actually remember and more worldwide success.

  • @leicestergirl63

Okay. Noel was off form here and shouldn't have said that, but honestly I think Oasis put out better B sides than INXS did A sides. Factually Oasis have sold more worldwide and are more popular than INXS in the UK. end of convo.

  • @yesyesohyay10 Well, you can live in your little Oasis bubble and believe whatever you want, but I can assure you that INXS had more popularity worldwide than Oasis did. I live in England but lived in America for several years and had several friends who worked in the music business, including an ex-boyfriend (who I'm still in touch with) who is a manager of a large music retailer. He confirms what I already knew - that INXS's music sold much better than Oasis's ever did over there.

  • @leicestergirl63

lol you sound like a rattled fanboy. The US does not equal the world. 70 million records thrashes 30 million. Deal with it. It's amazing Oasis sold as much as they did in the US considering their behaviour in shows and statements about Americans. I don't even have anything against INXS, it's just a fact that Oasis sold much more.

  • @yesyesohyay10 I'm not rattled or a boy. What I am is someone who liked (likes) INXS and Michael Hutchence and appreciated their great music. I also know real talent when I hear it and INXS had it in spades, whereas Liam and Noel Gallagher were over-hyped, irritating wannabes who ripped off other bands. My ex in New York confirmed what I already knew - Oasis were never really big in the States (and probably not in many other countries either) and are history now everywhere!

  • @yesyesohyay10 Oh, and I'm pretty certain INXS's back catalogue sales have outstripped Oasis's. I'm also certain more people could name 5 INXS songs, but would struggle to name 5 Oasis ones !!

  • @yesyesohyay10 As for Noel and Liam's behaviour, they were always cringingly obnoxious . They were rude, uncouth and insanely arrogant, as is very clear from how they behaved at the Brit Awards in '96 and how staggeringly rude Noel was to Michael Hutchence. He only showed himself up though by doing that. Even the people who initially cheered for their win booed when he insulted Michael. No decent person would behave that way. He & Noel are has beens tho so what goes around does come around!

  • im sure michael laughed at it right? lol....

  • what did noel say at the end?

  • @broadworld Has beens shouldn´t present fuckin awards to gonnabees....it was very harsh

  • @Kurdtknin9 LMFAO. for real? hahahaha.

  • Oasis, best band since the Beatles. Fucking legends!

  • not a fan of INXS...but what a bunch of cunts..OASIS fucking blow.. always have..sucking the toes of The Beatles for almost 20 yrs now....writing the same meaningless song over and over...couldn't hold a candle to THE MIGHTY CLASH or Pistols for that matter...Liam needs a slap across his tosser mugg...silly cunt.

  • ALGUIEN ME DIGA QUE COSAS DICEN LIAM Y NOEL, Porfavor

  • for all of you people who think Michael Hutchence died while doing a sex act gone awry-read the death report...it was suicide!!!!that is not a sex act....even though it is wrong...he was also under the influence of drink and drugs at the time.

  • @cyndarbroful Well said. Will the truth out? Too many idiots love wallowing in tedious rumours. Keep the faith...

  • Michael Hutchence was never and never will be a has been! He was a class act who was the whole package. He would never have said something like that to anyone, even if he thought it he would have kept it to himself. That is why Michael Hutchence was and always will be the best.We love you Michael! RIP.

  • @cyndarbroful I don't even know who he is...

  • @cyndarbroful I totally agree with you. Even though Michael was troubled towards the end of his life because of his druggy lifestyle, battles with Bob Geldof over Tiger Lily, his relationship with Paula, etc, he would still never have sunk as low as Noel Gallagher did when he insulted Michael the way he did. Michael was a classy, super talented guy, sexy guy - i.e. the total opposite of Noel and Liam Gallagher ! !

  • I love Noel, Liam & Oasis, but that comment of Noel was shit, was coward and pointless. Hutchence was almost cheering for them, that was unnecessary.

  • @MaghoxFr hey, i agree that was a shit thing to do to Hutchence on TV. Im an INXS fan from back in the day (i dont mind Oasis), but that was poor and very arrogant. Thing is INXS were the biggest band in the world at one point (bar U2). Theres a story of how Hutchence and Bono were in a Dublin pub boozing and Liam came in and was being a twat and Hutchence more or less told him to 'piss off',lol, so i think there was a bit of a history there. Ah well. RIP Mike.

  • @supermandave78 I didn't know that, maybe that's why Hutchence was talking so much to Liam (?)

  • @MaghoxFr cud be. it looks like Hutchence actually tries to grab Liam, dunno. maybe he said something. You can tell from the moment Oasis walk on, that theres tension.

  • @supermandave78 Yeah, I don't quite understand what Liam says in the begining? I only understood Michael a slap in the face.

  • I take it Noel's NOT an INXS fan then.. eloquent as ever.

  • No disrespect to Oasis but Radiohead should have fkn won that.

  • the Gallachers have no respect for nobody! Hutchence was just presenting the award and they acted like dicks as per usual. Hutchence could sing, he had a great voice, Liam sings like my old primary school teacher! what a bunch of tossers!!!

  • @supermandave78 AGREE!!!!

  • LOL, ya gotta love Liam at 0:35

  • INXS got WAAAY bigger in America than Oasis ever did. Oasis was big in America for about 30 seconds. INXS was big for about 7-8 years. America is where it counts! Nowhere else. Oasis played in Chicago and they sold tickets for $5. The place was more than half empty. They suck. Now the Gallaghers aren't even a footnote in the states.

  • @straycatdevil ye INXS were the top band in the USA from 1987-1991, with the exception of U2 maybe, Oasis are cocksucking beatles wannabe fannys!

  • @supermandave78 completely agree!! :D

  • thats just a cheapshot. i dont give a fuck about either band, but i do know Oasis are a shit band, and noel was just full of himself at the time because everyone was confusing ripping off T.Rex and Beatles riffs as actual songwriting talent. It wasnt to long after this that Oasis bubble burst anyway.

  • I`m not being funny and I`m not an Oasis 'fanboy' or anything AND I dont condone what Noel said (it was clearly bang out of order) but Oasis were a much bigger and more successful band than INXS ever were...

  • @Hendrix104 Are you on crack? INXS was WAY more successful than that crap band, Oasis.

  • @GarnetAir No I`m not on crack, its simple maths really. All you have to do is look at the record sales alone to show how much more succesful Oasis, not to mention the fact that Oasis are still heavely recognised today even after their demise. INXS's best album 'Kick' x6 Platinum........Oasis' best album (arguably) Whats the Story (Morning Glory) x14 Platinum, dont kid yourself INXS just werent on the same multitude Oasis ever were.

  • @Hendrix104 You can think what you want, but I invite you to do more research into INXS, vs Oasis. There's no contest... Not only that, but INXS still has plenty of fans, even after Michael's death, while no one gives a crap about those Gallagher brothers... They couldn't even keep it together, due to their fighting; at least INXS was together for more than 20 years, and never once did they make it into the news about a huge blow-out between bandmates. There's more to success, than record sales.

  • @GarnetAir I totally agree, there is more to success than record sales but you cant ignore a difference of 8x million record sales between each albums can you ?. I`d beg to differ that no one gives crap about the 'Gallagher brothers' when one of them is on the cusp of releasing his new album with his new band (which isnt very good i`ll give you that) and the other one is half way through completing an album with none other than Mr. Paul Weller. Who wants the get-along-gang for rock band anyway ?

  • @Hendrix104 Not in America.

  • @straycatdevil 'America is where it counts !, nowhere else'...Spoken like a true American, no wonder so many people dislike your nation. Being 'WAAAAY' bigger in the US doesnt mean a hell of alot, the fact that the majority of Americans cant even see a good band when its on their doorstep just proves this, Kings of Leon, The Killers, The White Stripes, The Pixies......fucking Jimi Hendrix. All Americans, all with one thing in common. They became big due to a British influx of interest....

  • @straycatdevil So no, America isn't the only place that counts.....clueless !

  • @Hendrix104 Not the fact, that Americans know more about 'good music' or anything for that matter. Not beating up on Americans in general because alot of my favourite bands happen to be American, Nirvana, The Pixies, Iggy & The Stooges,Velvet Underground etc.......So to a degree I do agree, to make it big you have to go to America, but only because of the vast amount of the people there, that can buy records..

  • @Hendrix104 Sorry, but the fact is "you ain't made it 'til you made it in America". I LOVE BRITISH ROCK. The Stones and The Who are the best bands ever! But...Oasis, Radiohead, Coldplay-these are pussy bands. Nobody cares. And by the way, I know chas chandler discovered Hendrix and he was big in England first but........he's from Seattle.

  • @straycatdevil Who is from Seattle Hendrix or Chandler ? Chandlers from my home town of Newcastle in the North East of England, so you must have meant Hendrix ? Well yeah of course he's from Seattle in the US....that was my point haha, all of the bands I mentioned are American. Or is there something extraordinary with being from Seattle ? (I'm not american I dont know these things). The fact that you have to make it 'in America' to make it shows nothing more than fact that there is more of you..

  • @Hendrix104 See, you mentioned paul weller . I know who he is because I study rock music. But over here noone knows who he is. I will say the best rock mags are "classic rock" and "uncut". I have to buy them for a fortune over here. Robbie williams is huge over there. Nobody knows who he is here. Status Quo never made it here. T. Rex never really made it here. All these artists wanted to crack the American market so bad. Your country has great music. Oasis had one hit here-Wonderwall. That sucks

  • Haha.. damn, i love Oasis - they're my fave band, but making fun of a kick ass band like INXS was bad form. Was that what he was doing?.. i wasn't sure who he was even talking about. I know they loved to take the piss outta Blur, but i figured they'd have more respect for an 80's icon band like INXS.

Truth is we don't know what the hell was going on, maybe some of the blokes from INXS had some words bout Oasis, or perhaps it was all in jest. Whatever... it was a great clip, thanks.

  • has beens? ummm noel or liam whatever your name is, where's your career today? nowhere jerk, where's inxs? still rocking even with michael gone

  • INXS was popular, for longer, played to bigger crowds, Michael was wanted by more women, and Michael would have never embarrassed himself---or anyone else---at an awards show, like that... He had some grace and dignity. More importantly, who became a 'has been,' Noel? That's right... YOU! You can't even get along with that brother of yours, whereas Michael had a lot of friends, and was well-respected, and knew how to treat his family.

  • @GarnetAir Good point.

  • Oasis are the biggest loosers and fastest became "has beens' in the history of rock and roll music...

  • @ValterBand AMEN!

  • Micheal Hutchence had more talent in his little finger than Oasis. The Gallaghers really did think they were better than they actually are. Oasis music is Drab and predictable. People present awards AFTER gaining credibility. Drunk cheapshot - they should be ashamed of themselves.

  • Oasis are so far up themselves, crappy music, crappy attitude, no talent whatsoever.

  • Who the fuck are INXS? I've never even heard of them? Yet everyone on earth has heard of Oasis.....

  • @Charley10Wilkinson you have got to be kidding, you havent heard of INXS, how old are you? yeh ive heard of Oasis, fucking hate em to.

  • Fuckin coked up babies? never?

  • hasbeens shouldn't be f**king presenting awards to gunnabe`s

  • Comment removed

  • OASIS ARE THE GREATEST, FUCK ALL YOU HATERS

  • You all do realise that Mike H was talking shit about them in the weeks leading up to this awards show ?

  • FUCKING JERK!!!!! This is the very reason Many many people will NOT support their music... what an ass. I hope whatever he was on when he said that was worth it.

  • Oasis fucking blows. They are nothing but Beatles wannabes.

  • @helloolleh555 then why would anyone try to have a band influenced by the beatles so people like you call them wannabes///...///../// Just don't listen to them and shut up why were you even look at this video

  • Guigsy - "And I wasn't even in it!" Quality.

  • liam is enjoying this....

  • I LOVE the first two Oasis albums, but that was an asshole move. Michael was not disrespecting them, so that was uncalled for. Oh well years later THEY are the has beens. And now Noel's low blows and insults these days just make him look like an old grump not like a cool rock star. And Liam is still an idiot.

  • Gallagher's attempts to brand Hutchence as 'uncool' is laughable - Noel doesn't mind palling around with Chris Martin. At least Liam had the good sense to call Martin a "geography teacher" so as not to totally blow Oasis' credibility.

  • brilliant. Guigsy what a legend lol. 'i'm not even init'! cus he missed the filming of wonderwall cus he left the band for about a week in 95 and the just came back again. 96 was the best brits ever by far.

  • Hutch a has been...unlike Noel Gallagher an uneducated drug addict

  • ONCE UNTIL I SAW THIS...had much respect for Noel Gallagher BUT he is truly an uneducated twit. To call Hutch a has been...what a lowlife project boy.

  • I believe you. I wasn't debating whether Oasis were bigger than INXS or not anyway. I just don't care for remarks ridiculing Hutchence. I am well aware of the greatness and success of Oasis. So no worries

  • Comment removed

  • You're just upset because it was true.

  • "Gona-bes".. where is oasis now? they are so has beens!

  • Where is Oasis now? They were featured on evening news prominantly around the world 6 months ago for splitting up. You must have missed it

They split up @ the end of a 1 1/2 years of solid touring playing stadiums around the world.

They were without a doubt the biggest band in the UK @ the time of their demise. They are in the guiness book for the most successful band of the decade.

Where is INXS now? If fact...where were they even in 1996? I'll tell you. Slipping quickly into obscurity

  • Michael was a kind and lovely person, The Gallagher bros are just idiots. They are SOOO has beens now! INXS will always be rememberes as a respected band (with INXS), but Osasis? i dont think so! hugh! Plus it is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to undertand when they talk even for British people! (they have told me so!)

When they leave the stage, note the crowd is pissed off!

INXS is def. much better than Oasis (listen to "Elegantly Wasted" song!) ;-)

didn't he die wanking himself off?

  • @TheMrbollox

Can you think of many better ways to go?

I can only think of one: banging a super model.

  • Oasis are still a respected band. THE most successful band of the past 15 years period. Albums that consistently chart highly around the world (last one was top 10 in a dozen countries)

INXS are remembered as that band that had that singer that killed himself accidentally while wanking and the rest went on a reality show to replace him.

Elegantly Wasted (I'll won't even bother with the JD album) couldn't even make the top 10 in their home country or anywhere else for that matter

  • Least INXS will be remembered. And for a lot better things than Hutchences' death.

  • Whatever...the fact is that INXS was on a steep decline in 1996. Their next album wasn't top 10 anywhere in the world.

For all intents a purposes Michael Hutchence was a has-been...and Oasis still had their best year in front of them.

  • @GDFullOn

Really? They`r highest quality album is considered overrated even by the band itself. And unlike other bands, where albums have selling more, like Elegantly Wasted, some Oasis records have not gotten up that much.

  • HAHAH at noel thinking Oasis are better then INXS. Wat a fucking joke!!

  • well they are. so....
