This is a Japanese folk tune called "Hanayome eshow"

means "Wedding dress"

beggining of bass solo is the right melody and then

surely its arranged into a modal way.

Mr.Jones must got this melody from his Japanese wife Keiko

and played lot in a everywhere he goes.
