no, this was like in 2000....Steve had the horrible wreck in 2002 at Darlingtion when he just went straight left on a caution lap and hit the wall extremely hard...people thought he was dead...he tried to make his comeback in 2003...but it didnt work out so well...he just dissapeared

Yeah, some guys are crash magnets. Wreck alot, damage the car ho hum. Steve was a 3-4 wreck a year guy but managed to make them all spectacular...yet his worst crash happened under caution cuz his steering wheel fell off.
