--- Bob's vocals remind me of Richard Carpenter's vocals from the early Carpenters albums. Songs like Saturday, I kept on Loving you and Fun Fun Fun sound very close to what Bob is doing here and eh does it well.

This song can be a little deceptive of whats on the rest of the album. The rest of the songs with the exception of show me the way are all EXCELLENT dance tracks with likable vocals and dance room beats. I highly recommend BOTH albums. S/T and Journey Home.

As warm and cool as an October evening.......one of those definitive late 80s songs for me. Back then it was ok. Now I savor this song. Probably because there aren't any made like this anymore. Say what you want about the electric keyboard, but it made the melodies soar.

Having been a Frampton fanatic for more years than I am willing to admit, seeing him perform live many times throughout the decades and meeting him once, I must say that I enjoyed this compilation more after seeing it in connection to the "video", rather than audio only. This is a top 20 song of all time & the remake that they did dominates the original...I can't stand hearing Skynyrd's "Freebird" anymore...Heard it a billion times...This song maybe 50-75 times & it keeps getting better...I don't remember seasons & years that match the song for the most part but I remember this in the fall of 1988...I hope this hit #1 on Billboard's chart...thanks for posting
