  • What he is doing is the prelim called "Tabling" or "Benching", he is cutting the tranks and fourchettes so that they will form a perfect fit once they have the pattern impressed on them or the diecutter clicked (pressed) over them. And yes a lot of companies outsource, which is insane considering the cost of shipping; when locals could be taught to make them and provide jobs at home the cost is slightly higher but there is greater quality control. Let work gloves be outsourced, no one cares.

  • Really interesting and then they send it to China, to cut it again (in a glove shape), sew it and form the gloves... and to print "Made in France"
