Idea: America needs a new political party. The new party will be known as the "Do Un2 Others". And the over all objestive of the "Do Un2 Others Party" (the DUTOP) is make only laws/rules that pass the if a law is being considered, it has to pass the DUTOP test. Does the results of the considered act do "things" you would or would not want to have done Unto You.

It Is a party that if Jesus, the one from the "Good Book", were alive today he could be its first presdntial nominee.

I don't understand how progressive ideas are suppose to be more influential to me than my own life experiences are. Ideas are great but they will never compare to experience. What I am hearing is that Lakoff believes that I am to ignorant to realize that I vote conservative because of framing created by the Nixon and Reagan administrations and used by conservatives since. I was raised Democrat and became a conservative after educating myself on what they believe in.

Progressive ideas are supposed to be more influential to you because progressives know they're right, and don't need to know anything about you, what you believe, or what your experiences were, to know you're wrong. They have left wingers who write books about people like you, and that's more reliable as information sources go (just ask 'em).
