When gameday came to Tuscaloosa for the LSU BAMA game, I had a chance to get on the gameday bus. Since I work for UA & AU & had to assist ESPN with some things they offered me to eat with them. At the time it was only Erin and Corso on the bus and what impressed me was, that the bus driver, Erin and everybody including Chris, Desmond & Kirk & Meyer called him COACH! I will never forget that moment.

Best thing about Lee Corso is when his rental car burst into flames in 2000 in Blacksburg when it was hit by lightning minutes before kickoff of the ill-fated Georgia Tech-Virginia Tech game. Just too bad he wasn't in the car.

@Julsdad Corso is a douche. Can't stand the guy. He was on a local radio show here in Dallas and got pissed at a host for poking a little fun at him, it was VERY innocent. Corso said he was trying to help their show. Thing is they are on the #1 or #2 radio station in the 5th largest market in the nation and all but started all sportstalk radio. They are the standard that all others adhere to. They are "1310 the Ticket" in the Dallas area. They helped him, he didn't help them. He is a douche.
