  • Most of the housing parts are from magnesium alloy. I have a Dimage 5 with 3.3 Mega pixels. It´s nearly the same camera as the Dimage 7 or 7i but yours comes with 5 Mega pixels. Normally I´m collecting only Sony digital cameras, but older Minolta cameras are also very interesting. Minolta was an very innovative manufacturer IMHO. My next Minolta will be a Dimage 7Hi in black :o)

    BTW: Your camera was a good deal with all that equipment. Even the battery pack can cost a 80-100 bucks seperately.
