@woodfit 2x4 doesn't refer to the length... It refers to the WIDTH, which was 2" by 4". That's why people say "8 foot 2x4" or "5 foot 2x4" 2x4 is the width, length has no play in the name...

I'd just try and knock the dent out, and if it's not perfect just use body filler and repaint the panel if it was bad enough

The pros sand dent are to bare metal, take a stud gun , put few in area of the dent. Take a stud dent puller, pop dent out, grind off stud with grinder/dremel, add body filler, sand, till its even, then few coats of primer , base coat fw coats and few coats of clear. Done, but you have to wet color sand finsih fine grit paper, buff, wax buff polish yor done.

This what i did!!! I got a air duster a.k.a. computer cleaner sprayed it around my dent upisde down this freezes it the blow dry it!!! I also used a plunger no need tto buy expensive ass tools
