  • Good luck Major Alexey. You look like someone who had a very hard time. But be strong ... someone with a sense of resposibility will listen eventually.

Hail form Turkey major! This man has balls of steel.

  • When he says "bosses" does he really mean "Jews" ?

  • @redcorona14

    no. he means bosses.

  • That man really has guts.

  • This is a very brave police, he should get a medal for his acting. If every policemen would bee like him Russia would bee a even better place.

  • I didn' read what you said before. Putn's on the side sayng what he thinks, both ways. it puts it both ways but he's red, so he doesn't know what you said. I want to be like Kaela and running down the stree screaming after being a 'bitch.' at least you don't have to fight for hours instead of salary. i hate hours. they make me work split shifts and never enough.

  • i'd shoot you. you tell them there's nothing wrong with sick people. see, how they just flipped that argument. most of the time, we hide and survive our systems. i just ran from the cops, but my pants prevented my movement. they thought i was funny. naural reaction. corruption is the world. find your place. just not the head.

  • He sacrificed his safety and the safety of his family to tell the truth that everybody knows but keeps mum. I'm happy there are such people as Alexey in our country. I wish all policemen were like him

    Don't give in, Alexey!

  • Anyone knows how is this guy doing now-adays?

  • It is great that you step up and spoke your mind. Now your president and the world can see that we need to stepup and remove corruption from the governing institutes and all it's wings.

  • Bulgaria supports you, major.

  • I am not surprised that he is put in jail for those unaccountable "crimes", I hope the community will help his release as soon as possible.

  • The most disgusting part of this video is that he considers his "uniform" as = to "Honour" ! You work for a thief and a criminal! The only mistake the Italian Mob made was to allow thier mobsters to walk about not in uniform. If they had worn uniforms then they could have done thier deeds and then made videos complaining about thier pay and benefits. There you go! What about those "Ruskies" you have incarcerated who were just trying to get through thier lives? They didn't have a uniform! I Know

  • Funny thing is Putin has been ignoring these police Youtube messages - soft of shows you how much he really cares about the people of Russia and police offices - I'll tell you not much at all, and Medvedev is just a puppet as most of you well know

  • It's the same in the USA all my 54 years of life. The USSR may have had problems, but in a Capitalist country, The police are nothing but an occupying army, serving and spoiling the rich, while abusing and oppressing the People. The Soviet People got fooled by the glittering capitalist west. They let the Red Flag fall. Now the problem for them is to defeat reaction... They will.

  • This is probably a person that you can call "Captain Obviosity"

  • Good Alex!!! You are really man!

    You're great, thank YOU!))

  • Great Alexey! I am proud of you!))

  • Great Alexey!) I am proud of you!)

  • Elliot Ness would have hired his ass. But seriously, a Letter to Vladimir Putin?! The coldest dictator of our time? Even saying something bad about him makes me nervous, like people under Saddam felt. Now America...they always got it right. George W. A man you could only hope to see in person, and he killed more people through the power of command than Putin could only dream of. No wonder they're still Number 1.

  • aliahole

what do you know about america or russia you asshole canadian....all you assholes know is atheism and sucking dicks.

  • HAHAHAHAHA. An angry slav. Why does it not surprise me. I think the only true terrorists in the world live north of the Crimean peninsula.

  • @AliAbraham51 And who exactly would that be, ukranian farmers? oh yeah, real terrorists...

  • they need all of the us military to do this

  • he was arrested, check his wiki

  • what is bridewealth?

  • @natedawgy7

"bridewelth" - it means illegal earnings

  • A Truly Great policeman...we need more of you Major Alexey..Corruption is everywhere sir..I hope all gets better soon..and I hope your safe:). Good Luck and god be with you:)

  • why do you guys not run to jesus over there? yall need a revival and to find the lord. only changed hearts will not be corrupt. no human can be clean until they get born again

  • English version the first web-site on police corruption in Russia. Look Dymovskiy web-site.

    en[dot]dymovskiy[dot]name

Or, insert in your web-search:

  • English version the first web-site on police corruption in Russia.

    Look Dymovskiy web-site

  • how do i turn subtitles on??

  • Aleksiej the whole world knows what they are doing a Russian police !!you are amazing. Greetings !

  • Alexei Dymovsky arrested; now he has to eat thier food so they can put something it it , they will put him with chosen people in a room , to brake him to brake his thinking , to make his head work less. as always nothing new coming from out there

  • I have to admire the courage and social commitment of this officer. I hope his campaign helps reduce corruption in his department and elsewhere in Russia. I am disappointed to learn today that he has been removed from his post. I hope that he will at least be safe.

Russia deserves to be in a lot better shape than it is today.

  • Bravo, major! Bravo!!! You are a true policeman, just like you only see in the movies. Onest people in Romania support you! Have faith, you will make it safe, because the whole world has heard your case!!! BRAVO!!!

  • Thats why Communism was great. No corruption, no problems. Everyone lived happily, except during Stalin. Communism is the answer. Under Capitalism, there will always be corruption.

  • @azkodagama

haha up is down, war is peace, communism is better than capatalism

    laughable

  • Capitalism is being laughed at.

  • My grandparents bribed a high officer in the Soviet army not to station my uncle in a submarine. Corruption was there, just like today, maybe even worse, it's just that it never surfaced, because all media was controlled by the government.

And I can't really understand, how everyone could have been happy while having to stand 3 hours in line to get food, having their freedoms removed and so forth.

  • No, Im not saying that people would not get money under no circumstances. If you did that to U.S same thing would've happened. There was always no corruption during Soviet times, and media was controlled just like today, USA controls its media, and don't even deny it. Every country controls its media. Nobody stood around 3 hours for food, its western media, i live in USSR, none of that happened.

  • My country was occupied by the USSR, my parents and grandparents often tell me how life was here 20+ years ago.

You can't trust many of USA's newspapers or TV channels (not all of course), that's true, but not because the government controls it, it's because much of the media's owners are bias or just want more money out of controversy.

Again, corruption was there, the only ones that didn't know about it were the people who truly believed in the communistic ideals.

  • Which country? And if I may ask, Do your parents say life was good in USSR or bad? Just trying to compare it with mine. Thanks

  • @azkodagama

    Lithuania.

Life was bad, obviously, mainly due to shortages.

  • Oh wow, i agree that life was not that good in eastern european countries under soviet control, but trust me, in other regions in central asia, and close to eastern europe, life was really good. Happy life.

  • @azkodagama There is corruption in communism. People didn't really live happily, it was just an illusion of happiness

  • I suppose that these are the people who are responsible for the miracle that russia has not fallen apart after breakdown of soviet union.

  • Bribery is not corruption.

  • Live in russia is fucked for normal citizens. Make russia proud!!

    Regards from UK

  • but russia is today more democratic than the UK!

in russia you vote for the people who vote for laws-

even if you got a gun to your head and it´s manipulated to a degree. STILL you vote for it!

in the UK you don´t vote for EU- made laws. and basically all laws in the UK are made by the EU comissariat- no, rather enforced.

  • then you live in lala- land. you don´t see ANYTHING.

I hope you get the 100th monkey syndrome soon,

cause this world´s going to HECK.

conspiracy theory? it´s conspiracy but no theory!

the EU is a soviet union with an even crazier plan!

in the EU the parliament doesn´t vote for laws, the comissariat of the EU simply imposes it.

you are in a pitiful condition, wake up.

and I never claimed you can make an honest living there at any rate, I view the BIGGER picture.

  • Unfortunately, by the end of next week, this will be old news and none will care.

  • Poor translation to English, but the problem is appaling indeed :\

  • yeah of course. man you´ve no idea what you´re talking about! under putin russia´s not gone under for some miracle. and it´s still independent (not independent of their own tyranny, but that´s something completely different than being controlled by the globalists who already control the us and europe). maybe it´s not putin´s merit but he´s not sold out russia to the globalists, at least!

  • I never called YOU an idiot. what good do high oil prices bring if the state´s a puppet for the globalists?

haven´t you learned that lesson from venezuela?

the problem is FAR more complicated than you think.

you look 2 feet in front of you. russia´s been attacked from all sides, it´s a wonder this nation still exists as such.

  • all our thoughts & support are with you. eric switzerland

  • are you eric from switzerland or what???

  • micha1331 is an obvious victim of antiamerican propaganda which forces peple to think real democracy is an evil.

Looks like he considers Russia with its decaying industry, high criminal level, wild corruption, ancient infrastructure, with poor police, army, doctors, teachers, pensioners, etc but with nukes, tanks and olygarchs is the best choise for the people of Russia, much better than democratic system in Germany, USA or Sweden...

  • Real democracy in Russia begins...

  • fuck you with democracy

  • Is he still alive?

  • Mr. Dymovsky Alexey Alexandrovich should immediately buy as much Class A shares in Surgutneftegaz as he can afford and fast!

  • This cop is complaing about corruption to a corrupt President?

    Give it up.

  • Have you ever heard of Internal Affairs?

  • "A man must have a code" (c) Bunk, "The Wire"

  • Where are the Russian comments?

I hear there is a media ban on his video, and that most people have not even heard of him.

  • Russian comments are here: (sorry, youtube does not let me insert the link, try replacing the part of the URL after "v=" with 2G3KbBfpg24 ), it is the original video w/o English subtitles, and there are 700K+ views at the moment.

  • There wasn't any media ban

  • bold man!

  • Bold --- He is a rare breed - A Russian Serpico. He is THE Russian SERPICO !

  • Comment removed

  • He's pretty brave. But that doesn't change the fact that he won't change anything. He has absolutely no proof of corruption. Even if he did, the officers he worked with could easily frame him or even worse kill him. For change in the politics off russia and Ukraine, something like a revolution is needed. No one person can change anything. Not Putin, Medvedev, or him...

  • But revolutions begins because a change in the perception of things. Maybe he won´t change anything, but the fact that he tries, and even better, if he serves as a role model could help in a not so distant futur.

  • I live in Ukraine, and it's just as corrupt as Russia... The thing is nobody does anything. The mayor of our city is corrupt, even the president. Everybody knows. Nobody wants to do anything. If anyone gets significant proof of corruption, then they go to court, only to find that the judicial system is also corrupt... It's sad that none of this will change. What role model? People in my country or in Russia know he's right, but frankly, they don't give a shit.

  • @DImPEK though, better live in Ukraine than in Russia.

  • Please someone in Russia in authority HELP this man & others like him!!

I admire Mr. Alexey Dymovskiy's courage & integrity.

I am forwarding this video to someone who might be able to get thousands of more viewers.

    I wish you the best!

  • Putin Kaput!

  • Wow, I wish that more people would be able to do what this man has done. He is brave and his actions are commendable.

  • brave man

  • What I am waiting for is to see his next video, after working for police. If there is NO next video, we all know WHAT happened. Par for the course with communism.

I respect the Russian people, even though they are cold as ice... they have been put through hell with their leadership.

  • russian are not cold. you should visit russia. most russians are very warm hearted and very sociable.

you might confuse them with swedes. Swedes are cold!

    Russians are diffirent!

  • Swedes aren't cold, you dolt. In the north, people are a bit quieter and they can SEEM cold, just like russians, but as you go south people get more talkative with strangers and more open in general.

  • but swedes are cold in a special way - they pretend everything is just fine and says "hej" and all this to his neighbour, the same day he can call the "bostadsforenging" to complain about the same neighbour he was smiling at

I lived in sweden 5 years so I know the swedish style! very false and shy at the same time!

I am not russian but I have lived in russia as well so I can compare you being neutral. Russian are special - they dont smile at you but they always generous

  • Of course you gotta pretend that everything is fine. If you only thought of how fucked up this world is all the time, then even the hardest person would kill himself instantly.

  • Not only communism. Corruption is worldwide, and you an find it in every single institution that has some "power". believe me, if this man was an american his life would be endangered. Thinking people are always the most "dangerous".

  • a brave man.

  • No, it's not the same in EU or USA. Not by far.

EU and USA are not third world corrupt pieces of sh*t.

  • There are corrupt cops everywhere, because human nature is the same everywhere. The only difference is the political structure and how much corruption they accept as normal.

  • I know, we are first world corrupt pieces of shit

  • EU is not that corrupted, but USA and middle east is!

you can not compare USA to Europe!

  • Believe me, the amount of corruption in Russia in comparison to EU or USA is just unimaginable.

  • This is a brave man.

He will or has be punished for saying how things are. He knew what would happen but he said it anyway. I have much respect for him.

  • You are very brave to speak out. I hope your brothers hear your words and take them to heart.

  • nothing suprises me with russia, all we know that russian govoremant, army, and police are bigest crocks and most coruptet land in the world.

we dont wana putin o ye we dont wana putin o ye...

    i love that song.

  • 2 mkrsk

you are typical specimen of persons with narrow views. Your government says that Russia is enemy nation and you believe Its every word. Apparently, the cold war scared some americans to much.

We have proverb which in english sounds like this "Why do you see the speck in your neighbor's eye, but do not notice the log in your own eye?" Think a little, if you keep your own mind...

  • that proverb is worldwide. Even in southamerica we have it. Lol. But it´s so true.

  • When Russia can't invade and hurt other nations, it then turns on its own citizens.

  • Bravo! This guy is telling the truth. Russians should be proud of this gentleman. Only when people will stand up to their corrupt superiors will you see the change. Don't be scared, noone can touch this guy now because attention is on THEM.

  • Two women had fled from him!

Is it because of corruption in the police or what?

  • The order from above has been given and it have dismissed. It is made that faster all have forgotten about this incident. Let's struggle with corruption all together. One in the field the soldier! In a film the substitution, based on real events, is described a similar situation in Los-Anzhelese per 1930.

  • And I would like to ask a favour of that persons who never visited our country but write a load of rubbish, Please, firstly come to us and see all by your own eyes. Yes, our country not an ideal, like a lot of countries, including USA. But we are normal civilized country with our own problems, advantages and disadvantages. And we ARE NOT a nation who sleep and have a dream to attack everyone and enslave the hole world :)

    Be reasonable...

  • Where are a lot of men in Russia who share major's opinion. But they are worse organized then that people who are absolutely corrupted and have the power.

And I think that such situation are typical for many countries...

  • That dude must have enormous balls!

  • They have just fired him.

He should go out of Russia and seek asylum in one of the EU country's.

    Russia will always be corrupted!!!

  • I want to marry the man!

  • Dear chameriaAl

    Re: virgin woman...

You forgot to add "no teeth, fat ass, and bald". Thank you very much.

This gentleman is a hero and happily married to a pregant wife.

It was merely meant as a compliment to all men such as him, simply heroic hearts!

BTW 60 is not my age.... I am "90". lol

  • sorry it was a rude my coment, i did big mistick leaving such stupid coment.

    forgive me, im so sorry

    greatings and thanks

  • You wrote this with gun in your head? Someone threatening you?

  • Comment removed

  • This is a man, who is sick of being taken advantage of and is asking for help from the government for him and his coworkers. He wants to be able to do honest work and not become the helping hand of corruption. I believe since the government keeps on saying that they are trying to do something about the corruption, this is their chance to show the people if they mean it or they don not. If more people speak up maybe there will be more progress, you won't know till you do it.

  • MKRSK, you say silly things about Russia.

One fact for you about the USA. Most part of political videos regarding the USA are controlled and censored in youtube!! You cannot even make a comment. So what you think about Russia is lie, which you heard in the USA from childhood. Propaganda is very strong in the USA. Russia never enslaved other countries. Moreover, Russia has never used and never provoked wars between other countries to become more wealthy like USA and total Europe do!!!

  • A single voice can change everything.

Thank you for standing up to the powers that would have us all on our knees.

Mr. Dymovsky's voice applies to all our respective Nations....and to al of us. I am not Russian, but Iunderstand this man to be a TRUE RUSSIAN.

  • I'm russian too. And i think that's silly. Our government won't kill him, because then they confirm all what this major sad.

    2 mkrsk.

Don't be a paranoiac. At least, Russia do not bring the democracy to other countries, by force of invasion of their territories, like one nation does :)

P.S. Sorry for my, maybe, poor english

  • Georgia anyone? :D

  • Yea, what about Georgia. Russia also tried to invade Finland during the 2nd world war. Thank god, they're not that good fighters ;)

Respect for this officer in the neighbour land!

  • 'Tried', I would more say they did invade Finland, only they did not succeed. :P

  • They are still occupying a lot of old Finland. To me it looks like it payed of for Russians to attack Finland back then. It is true that many more Soviet soldiers died in the attack than Finns, but perhaps they were not so many Russian, but imported from somewhere elsewhere from Soviet Union?

  • Thank you for standing up and speaking, many stand behind you and stand with you across the world against our own corruption. Together across the world, we can make a difference, if we speak up and act. Corruption does not simply go away; we must be diligent against corruption in every generation. Continue to speak up and act when confronted with corruption.

  • Way to go Alexey!

  • They will kill him. He needs to immigrate.

  • If the case will be monitored by the EU and USA police officers associations the man will have a chance to stay alive and continue his job.

  • Good for this Russian cop speaking out. He is fighting an uphill battle. But the battles that are tough are worth fighting.

The problem of Russia historically is that the Russians with power love to abuse and exploit others. Russia always loved invading and making other nations slaves of it. But when Russia can't enslave other nations it then enslaves its own people. I'm glad this Russian is speaking out to show the world that not all Russians are corrupt or used to being beaten down

  • he is a true russian
