  • I do Mass Gaining and Muscle Gaining all in one day. Are you suppose to do only one routine per day?

  • I was having a look at the weights. Are the weights used in Pounds, or KG?

    I saw a woman doing DB shoulder presses with 10 db. Im sure that was Pounds, unless she is a Bodybuilder.

  • yhyh i find doin chest monday back tues wed bies and tries and thursday shoulder traps and legs friday and rest sat and sun

  • What works best for me is chest/bis on day 1, legs/abs on day 2, back/tris on day 3, shoulders/abs on day 4, rest a day then repeat.

  • Its tooooooo much exercices for shoulders, became overtraining easily.

  • what about the weight? should you increase it for each rep?

  • no, seperate days :) ie; monday then tuesday
