Should I do series with same weight from begining ( for example seated barbell press with 70kg from begining) or increase weight after every series?

I do Mass Gaining and Muscle Gaining all in one day. Are you suppose to do only one routine per day?

I was having a look at the weights. Are the weights used in Pounds, or KG?
I saw a woman doing DB shoulder presses with 10 db. Im sure that was Pounds, unless she is a Bodybuilder.

It is strange that they dont include upright rows and shrugs. Sure its Traps, but traps and shoulders go together like peanutbutter and jelly.

yhyh i find doin chest monday back tues wed bies and tries and thursday shoulder traps and legs friday and rest sat and sun

What works best for me is chest/bis on day 1, legs/abs on day 2, back/tris on day 3, shoulders/abs on day 4, rest a day then repeat.

im wondering because i heard when u work chest you work the shoulders too and if you do what u said its over workin not enough rest..
so what im thinkin is chest shoulders, back legs and arms 3 workouts a week??

no, seperate days :) ie; monday then tuesday

yea but you can choose either kind of exercise either mass-gaining or muscle defining w/e so yea alot to do huh? but its worth it at the end
