  • However, scales isnt always the best way, Charlie Parker is ssaid to have said htat he uses the chromatic scale, only stopping on certain "key notes"

You probably should listen to every intervall and how it rings to get the most out of your playing

  • like this, its great learning licks, its great learning scales, the ideal way would be to learn everything so it is under your fingers (in this way of learning)

and as for you mr. thruthaxeorwhatthefuckyournameis the lick isnt locked in this position, noone is stopping you from moving it the the key of c or perhaps g? something I think is important to do is to transpose the licks you learn to other shapes (based around the diffrent chordshapes (mainly the three) )

  • U.tok.a-like.jackie.chan! Thanks for the lesson!

  • is this in E blues scale?

  • The good thing about blues riffs is that they are so versatile. This would go well over blues, RnB, Rock and Roll, Blues-Rock, and hard rock Hard Rock. You got to know the blues to know Rock n Roll.

  • i really wanted to look up what TruthAxe said but 9 months?!...yeah fuck that

  • Amazing Ive just found my double, Rotren, you look pretty much identical to me, and I play guitar too, small world.

  • How woulkd you play this with a metronome? I'd like to get the timing and structure as close as possible.

  • Where are you from? Sounds really scandinavian.

  • Good Lesson!!!!

  • Who knows the less, hate the most

  • @gusemiblues No digas pelotudeces, querido. Aprende ingles, y si sabes ingles, no te quejes.

  • can any of you haters play it? NO NO NO. Fuck off. Go back to your Eminem bull shit!

  • good lesson dude thanks..

  • good lesson

  • The only actualy person on youtube that actualy shows how exactly to play it.

  • @whoever is gonna watch this video... There's something better: Read the comments down there! TruthAxe FTW!

  • I didn't know a guitar tone could be THAT bad....

  • I refuse to learn the 'SRV lick' once people know it they obsessively use it all the time it's like a disease...

  • Nice sounding lick there Robert A+

  • @TruthAxe Thumbs up for TruthAxe!

  • How the hell has the comment section of a Robert Renman lesson, of all videos, turned into a load of people bickering? We've got this TruthAxe idiot who thinks that being condescending and (not actually) intelligent-sounding on the internet makes him sound cool, people who can't even make a point, valid or otherwise, without dissolving into pointless immaturity and insults; what the hell's going on here?!

  • My most amusing @Vanguard448. You're the only coward among the rest who failed to @TruthAxe me so as to avoid YT triggering a message to me.

You've yet to score any points. All that you've done is seek status among the group by attempting to bash the outsider (me). How feeble of you.

We chuckle at your hypocrisy when you write about "pointless immaturity and insults" as you write "TruthAxe idiot" and " (not-actually) intelligent-sounding ...".

You've exposed yourself to us. Mediocrity.

  • @TruthAxe You know, TruthAxe, it's fantastic that you brand everyone else as amusing when nobody finds you amusing, or indeed likable in any way. In fact, your comments are an excellent lesson to the youth of today; a perfect example of what can happen if their education fails them and they retire to starting and maintaining YouTube arguments which are nothing more than an exercise in pointlessness anyway. And speaking of pointlessness, this is indeed pointless so this is my last comment. Bye!

  • I REALLY like Chinese food.

  • Really, really good little lesson! Keep em coming!

  • it would be really nice if you could do a demonstration of your deluxe players strat using the JVM. i really wanna how SRVish it can get on the clean channel. see im thinking about buying a players strat and i have a JVM410 so yeah

  • This is a fool's way to learn guitar.

Instead, learn about intervals between the notes and then you can play this run everywhere, regardless of where you find your hands on the fret board.

The guy in the video gets an F.

  • @TruthAxe It's implied that you can do this in any key. Perhaps he thought this key would fit SRV's style, because he played lots of songs in this key.

  • @TruthAxe Ur an ass hole dude

  • You amuse, @ZHAMBALLER.

Asshole is one word, not two. Also, as I stated. this video is a fool's way to learn guitar.

You can cry like a pussy all that you want, but you're not going to erase truth.

  • @TruthAxe dick

  • @TruthAxe I see where you are going with your comment, but deeming him a fool for sharing a lick for all to see makes your comment look stupid. I assume you are going to spam the other 5,000+ guitarists who post videos on youtube and teach in a similar way as well?

  • Most amusing @randommoosebrains.

Gain yourself some reading comprehension skills. I stated it was a fool's way to learn and not a fool's way to teach. So who is stupid here, exactly?

    How you amuse.

  • @TruthAxe How about you gain some perspective? not all guitarists want to learn deep music theory and play guitar for a hobby.

  • @randommoosebrains Why haven't you yet sought help for your rationalization of your false beliefs?

  • @TruthAxe Someone's in denial of how people run their lives.

  • @randommoosebrains Then you're not a guitarist.

  • @Hoopermazing if you play guitar, then you are considered a guitarist smart one >_>

  • @randommoosebrains If you just bang on a guitar without knowing what you're playing, then you are considered a chimp, Bonzo.

  • @Hoopermazing Ha, there already is music like that, its called Ambient........idiot.

  • @TruthAxe Your grammar "good" sir, is quite frankly annoying. Could you take the time to shut up so we, the people who want and are getting something out of this video, may listen to this lesson with ready ears instead of reading your INCREDIBLY ANNOYING COMMENTS. GET A LIFE AND STOP ARGUING WITH A STRANGER OVER A YOUTUBE VIDEO.

People like you ruin the youtube guitar lesson videos out there. If you dont think its good, find one that suits instead of ruining it for the people it does help.

  • The most amusing @KiwiBwoi. What has compelled you to begin arguing with a stranger over a YT video? Ah, it must be that you have no life. How amusing.

Those like me save rescue others from wasting years as mediocre guitar players by steering them away from learning hack methods such as the one presented in this video.

Mastering guitar becomes much easier if only students learn interval relationships and learn the fret board.

The method shown here enslaves players to stupidity.

  • @TruthAxe, you sound like some idiot from the 16th century.

First, you contradict yourself by arguing with everyone else on the page and with me. I have a life, a great one. Iv had 13 concerts in 3 months. Unlike you, throwing shallow comments at peoples videos they post to help people.

2nd, there is NOT one way to learn guitar. Everyone is different, and to many this is helpful. Music is about expressing oneself, its not a bloody competition to see who is the best.

    Get a life man.

  • Most amusing @KiwiBwoi. You write, "you write like some idiot ..."

Rightly, you should have written -- some idiots -- or -- an idiot.

That you lack knowing the rudiments of English reveals that you lack an intellect suitably sufficient to discuss any matter, especially the art of guitar.

Quit while you are oh-so-far behind.

  • @TruthAxe. Seriously. Stop. Your making yourself look like an idiot.

And don't correct me on my English. I have perfectly fine English.

And what gives you the right to judge other peoples views on guitar.

Maybe you didn't know this, but the world doesn't revolve around you. Your opinion isn't absolute truth. And just cause someone doesn't speak like a 16th century idiot, does NOT in any way mean they cant know guitar.

Dont judge others on the one indefinite thing-- Music.

  • The ever amusing @KiwiBwoi.

Did you get your mommy to write your last post for you? She writes better than you.

    No one has been judged.

The video presents a horrible way to learn guitar. This is inescapable truth.

If you want to become a pretend guitarist and impress people around a campfire, then mimic this video.

If you want to master guitar and become a great player, ignore this video.

  • @TruthAxe Dude stop being A PRICK you can't play guitar! and this does sound like stevie ray!! you just suck balls! stop hating on peoples videos just because you cant play and your completely ignorant.

  • The most amusing @ZHAMBALLER.

Before you call someone ignorant, be sure, if you're writing, to do so properly. Otherwise you expose yourself for the dumb ass you must be.

    Try: YOU'RE completely ignorant

    And not: "Your completely ignorant"

Also, can anyone be partially ignorant? LMFBO Either someone is ignorant or not.

I'd love to meet your mommy and daddy and see what pieces of works they must be.

  • @TruthAxe. Look who has no life now huh? Correcting people on their every word, because you know you are wrong but dont want to admit it. Its not a horrible way to learn guitar, but you are being a horrible person. NOONE in the ENTIRE WORLD has, or ever will master the guitar. Does this guy in the vid look like a campfire guy? NO. Hes a genuine guy trying to teach people some guitar. This is a fantastic way to learn guitar. You take the simple lick, and sit down and expand on it. Like normal ppl

  • The always amusing @KiwiBwoi.

You must be one lonely, no-life joker because you keep begging for my attention.

The video presents a horrible way to learn guitar. It's rote memorization that does not transfer any fluid knowledge for mastery of the fret board and tonal relationships.

The player cannot transfer this riff elsewhere on the fret. What good is that?

Those who learn to play through teaching as shown in this video amount to automatons, lacking any feel and originality.

  • @TruthAxe, if your going to continue to be an immature asshole, then there is no point in arguing with you. Once again, i have a fantastic life, and look in the mirror.

The video presents a start for someone. It can be transfered around the fret board, and originality comes from inside. Not from practicing in your room. So just go learn your tonal relationships and fret board, and come back to me when you are a famous guitarist.

    Grow up, kid.

  • My sadden, little amusing @KiwiBwoi.

Here you are, begging for my attention still. Your parents did a number on you.

Of course, you should know by now that anyone who calls others names, like immature asshole, well, is immature, and most likely an asshole.

Maybe bongos are you true calling. Check them out.

  • @TruthAxe OMG!!! YOU DICK!!! STOP SAYING "How amusing." YOU SOUND LIKE A FUCKING 10 YEAR OLD!!!! Seriously. Stop. Nobody gives a shit what you think about a guitar video. Sounds fine to me. If you don't like the way he is teaching then WHY ARE YOU WATCHING THE VIDEO!!! Dumb ass.

  • You amuse, @Jesterhead3377. Mere words have triggered you into enraged action. Look at you go!

My words are your strings and you, my marionette. Watch as I pull your strings and you dance. Oh how you amuse.

  • @TruthAxe Seriously. I don't get it. How on earth does this "amuse" you. Trying to act intelligent and sophisticated to perhaps impress people you have never (and likely never will) meet. It's quite redundant if you ask me. They don't know you. You don't know them. They really don't care whether you think the technique is good or not. I don't even play guitar, but I know that everybody learns an instrument their own way. We don't care how you want to learn guitar. Music is art, not rules.

  • You amuse @Jesterhead3377.

You've hallucinated and see something that does not exist -- people acting as you claim they do.

Yet the word you want is not redundant. Redundant means the repetition of same sense in different words.

Art means skill as a result of learning or practice. Music is the logic (rules) that requires art (playing) to produce performed songs. Otherwise, you have nothing but noise.

You have much to learn about yourself Jesterhead. Oh how you amuse.

  • @TruthAxe I simply don't understand you.... What is the point of arguing with everyone on this comment board just because you can't accept that everyone plays guitar different. I still don't get why you are even commenting on a video you don't like. If you think it is wrong then why are you so persistent to convince all of us. Clearly we don't care. I pity people like you, because when you come out of your shell into the real world, you are going to be in for quite a shock. Goodbye. Good luck.

  • You amuse, @Jesterhead3377. You need much pity, the most here.

I've not argued with anyone. I posted a comment. Others, incredible busybodies, felt the need to engage in ad hominem against me.

Dude, ever hear of a movie critic? How about a music critic, ever hear of one of those? What about a social pundit, have you heard of one?

This video has been aired in the public. I came to see it and discovered that it is horrible across the board -- a crappy way to teach guitar.

  • @TruthAxe You really need a new word, lol.

Of course, you should know by now that you didn't reply when i said you contradict yourself. Instead you corrected me on my English. You obviously are enjoying the attention you are getting, so enjoy it while it lasts.

Bongos? ill have you know iv had 13 concerts in the past 3 months, and will have one more this Saturday. Iv also performed with, and played with great jazz musicians like Jamie Davis. . /watch?v=cG81e08cybE

  • My sadden, little amusing @KiwiBwoi.

Here you are, begging for my attention still. Your parents did a number on you.

Bragging about your fantasy life as a musician brings much joy.

Keep practicing. When you reach manhood in a few of years, you might achieve a semblance of maturity to discuss music.

  • @TruthAxe, you are the most immature person iv ever come across :P

No one could possibly discuss music with you, because you are close minded and unable to accept reality. Music is not a competition. Its an individuals way of expressing themselves through an instrument/singing. When you understand that, you will be able to maintain a normal conversation with a musician.

Believe what you may about my musical life, you will never experience it. No one has to be a perfectionist to love guitar.

  • @TruthAxe dick

  • @TruthAxe HAHAHAHAHAHA! This is comedy gold!

  • @fluffybeans4 At last. Someone who gets it!

  • @TruthAxe Um no I'm afraid I was laughing at you, not with you. Ain't life a bitch?

  • Most amusing @fluffybeans4. The comedy is all mine. When you say "bitch", you mean like the one who birthed you? Did she ever figure out who is your daddy or was it too hard with six deposits from six different cum donors?

  • @TruthAxe YOU ARE FANTASTIC! The sheer amount of imagination it must take to come up with a pile of bullshit like that is very impressive. Reply promptly, or I may leave and never return...

  • @TruthAxe

You and the people you're arguing with are trolls. Calm the hell down dude and stop encouraging everyone. Just watch the damn video without feeling the extreme urge to make up for your Fetal Alcohol Syndrome by striving for attention on every single video you watch. God... it just had to be said.

  • You amuse, @dave8386. What an attention whore you are. You're trying to jump into something more than two months after it has started. That's right, you're an attention whore.

    Keep amusing, whore.

  • @TruthAxe

OK I'm obviously not immature enough to feed into your little pout-fest here. And I'm sure I have enough attention bro. Just take a looksie at my channel. This is the last thing I'll be saying because I know you love a good pointless argument just for the sake of arguing, and I refuse to argue with someone with an IQ lower than 49. Grow up. That's all I have to say.

  • You amuse, @dave8386. Again! You're the one pouting. Why do you pout so? HA HA. Why did you start a pointless argument? You sought me out to argue, as the true attention whore who you are. HA HA

Why do you tell the world about how you suffer from a mediocre IQ? HA HA

  • @TruthAxe

You need to be kicked off your high-horse, man. Your arguments make sense, and you spent all this time thinking of something witty, when you just come off as an ass hole. Get a girlfriend, man, cause this little attitude you have now is never gonna get you anywhere. OK... THAT'S it. Feel free to reply and further your attempts to make yourself hated by everybody.

  • The ever amusing @dave8386. Why do you hallucinate about others? What a bizarro mind disorder from which you suffer.

You sit at your computer, night after night, trawling through YouTube videos, finding strangers to insult and then you fantasize about their lives, with your fantasies based on your own life, no doubt.

    Keep amusing us, dave8386!

  • @TruthAxe Thanks for the compliment back in December. Haha now all you need to do is work on that English I'll help you out... A sentence has a subject and a verb, not just random adjectives and nouns. Haha oh, how you amuse me, TruthAxe. :)

  • @TruthAxe Ok, there's a whole page filled up with comments and replies to you / from you. Ok, you want to express yourself, that's just fine. But then you'll have to learn how to cope with comments that are against your opinion. In a beautiful Sunday mornig, right after I woke up, I decided to watch some of Robert's videos. But then I see this? Dude, you can have your opinion and other people can have theirs. I dunno if I made mistakes so you can have fun correcting. But I gave my opinion.

  • @TruthAxe So I noticed I had an unread comment, and it was from this video..back in December lol...dude..TruthAxe, you're still here? I think you've proven to everyone that you are the ultimate douche master, and that you do have no life, because you've been returning to this comment board for 2 months straight!! I'm signing off, I'll check again in April to see if you replied..lmao fucking loser, with all the time you spend commenting on here, you could actually be doing something useful?

  • You amuse @MrApocalyte. "Still here?" No one is here. It's a web site. Apparently, you're too moronic to know how YouTube works. What's wrong? Can't you figure out how to set reply alerts? HA HA HA

You have one bit right, BoyApocalyte. I am your master over and you are the douche, so that does make me the Douche Master.

Keep being stupid and keep amusing.

  • @TruthAxe ... i love you...

  • @MaGiiKShotzZ Thanks. Peace.

  • @TruthAxe No you just blow at guitar and even if you did take genuine guitar lessons you would still suck, so go back in the kitchen where you belong and make me a sandwich

  • You amuse, @ZHAMBALLER. All you're doing projecting hallucination from your mind that you entered into when you read my words. You're living by mere fantasy.

As an aside, this run does not sound at all like SRV. Never did SRV play in this style.

And it's a shitty way to teach guitar, offered up by someone who lacks understanding of tonal relationships.

It's for weekend warrior faux musicians who want to impress friends around a campfire.

No authentic guitarist learns that way.

  • @TruthAxe Dude seriously get back in the kitchen and make me a sandwich!!

  • The ever amusing @ZHAMBALLER. That you project your homoerotic fantasies says much about you.

  • @TruthAxe I agree that anyone who wants to increase their guitar skill should learn every note as well as the major scales and all the intervals. But, there's nothing wrong with sharing licks and ideas. The Beatles knew their theory, but they took a bus to another town to find a guy who could show them how to play a B7 chord.

Anyone with a shred of theory knowledge knows you can play this in any key and vary it greatly. This kind of videos are for beginners, so don't watch if it bothers you.

  • You amuse, @MrApocalyte. The Beatles were hacks.

Yet, look at you go! You think you can tell others what to do.

So here's how it works: Youtube provides facility to accept commentary about videos shared. The owner of this account has agreed to accept comments. Thus, I've rendered comment to help the video maker become a better teacher. As well, I've helped those learning guitar to avoid such shoddy teaching.

  • @TruthAxe Your excessive use of the word 'amuse' renders the following conclusion: You're an utter douche master. Period. Any intermediate player with a basic understanding of theory should be able to alter and play this lick in any key. Does this guy really need to explain that? Yes knowing your notes and intervals is very important to progress, but you know, you can let people know theory is important w/o sounding like a complete faggot...Just saying for future reference :) cheers

  • You amuse, @MrApocalyte. You're the most amusing of all. Mere words have you freaked out, pushed into action because you don't own your own mind. I own it. I control through mere words. You dance and amuse me on command. How you amuse.

  • @TruthAxe It's amusing to me how savagely idiotic you are. You don't have a constructive comment and when you're given a reasonable paradox you resort to changing the subject with childish attacks. You simply go out of your way to make dumbass comments because you're looking for attention in your otherwise insignificant existence. Well you talk like a fucking flamer, and based on your social skills I've seen, it's a reasonable hypothesis to say you have zero real friends. :( that sucks..

  • The ever amusing @MrApocalyte. You've not described anything that could be labeled a paradox. In short, you don't know what the word paradox means.

Yet, here you are again, dancing on the strings as I pull them. Pluck, pluck, pluck. Dance my little marionette, dance.

  • @TruthAxe I described your situation as a paradox because I asked you a simple question, and you completely diverted resorting back to childish ad hominem attacks.

Your criticism was basically saying that beginners don't understand how to transpose licks differently w/o proper explanation. I simply replied, "it's pretty obvious to any intermediate player that this lick can be played any way and in any key, does he really need to explain that?" Instead of answering, you started acting like a fag

  • @MrApocalyte Dude. That's all you've done is ad hom. Not only do you not get guitar but also you don't get rhetoric.

You must be lonely. You keep vying for my attention, begging for it like a child.

All reveal themselves when angry. That you keep mentioning deep-seated homoerotic thoughts when angry says much about how you want to bring to life your true homosexual fantasies. Good luck with that "Mr" Apocalyte. It's doubtful YouTube works as a homosexual pick-up network.

  • @TruthAxe Ok so out of nowhere you start talking about homosexuals? wtf..Anyways...I don't want to get involved in your gay secrets. Getting back to guitar, my point is simple: This video is simply showing you a lick. Every guitar player trades licks with other players. If you don't know that, you've obviously never played with anyone. And adding on to that, every good guitar player, knows how to customize a lick in their fashion. That is all. Make a better lesson if you're such a pro teacher.

  • The ever amusing @MrApocalyte. You're the first one here who began sharing your homoerotic fantasies. Give us a break already.

The better way to learn is to learn the fret board, the various scales at each fret on the fret board and then how a Stevie Ray Vaughn riff plays off a scale, differing because of style and string altering methods.

The crappy way to learn is this video, memorizing a one-off riff played at an exact position, which cannot be transposed by the learning guitarist.

  • @TruthAxe Once again dipshit, I agree that learning all your notes and intervals is the most economical and beneficial way to learn guitar. However, once again, any idiot with a shred of knowledge of theory (or anyone with a half decent ear) should be able to transpose this in any key and vary it in the slightest or the largest way (WITHOUT EXPLANATION).

If you need explanation for every single riff someone shows you, good luck trying to jam with someone.

  • The always amusing @MrApocalyte.

You must have no life. You're at it still. Blathering away. You're too easy to wind up and make dance. Look at you go!

So who is the dipshit and idiot? HA HA HA.

  • @TruthAxe omg you're soo funny, can I have your autograph? Just like you require dumbed-down explanations for guitar licks, you should really have someone give you a similar explanation for social skills and how to not act like a complete douche master when you talk...cause you need it bud. That is all. cheers

  • @MrApocalyte Again, You must have no life. You're at it still , blathering away. You're too easy to wind up and make dance. Look at you go!

This video is fine example of guitar for dummies, a dumb-down approach to guitar. That's why you defend it post after post. You defend such a dumbed down method that you become enraged when anyone suggests alternatives.

Hey, no one is stopping you from being a hack, a weekend warrior playing in garage bands. Cheers!

  • @TruthAxe Fuck you're stupid, it's fantastic! Here's why I have a superior mind: Just like you, I understand that this isn't an optimum way to learn guitar. But unlike you, I understand it's JUST A LICK. Beginners will take this lick and copy it note for note, and never know what to do with it. Anyone who has an ear or who's been playing for a while, knows how to vary this and what to do with this lick. You're complaining cause he doesn't explain it. Well figure it out, it's basic theory.

  • The ever-amusing and incredibly pathetic @MrApocalyte. You must have no life. You're at it still , blathering away. You're too easy to wind up and make dance. Look at you go!

What are you going to do for your next dance, puppet?

  • @TruthAxe LMAO I have no life...Before I was even finished commenting you replied..Get off youtube you clown. If I go on, and I see you're talking shit, I'll reply, but I don't spend my evenings on here acting like a douche like you...lmfao..

  • The always amusing and half-witted @MrApocalyte.

Here's a gift for you at Xmas time. Call 1-800-969-NMHA. The call is free, yet you must make the first move. Someone is there to help you. Your mommy and daddy shall thank you. If you have any friends, they shall thank you too.

Get the help you need, oh-so desperately.

  • @TruthAxe Hahahahaha. I have to admit that I agree with you on your original point TruthAxe, but I really don't see the necessity of the rest of your comments. I find it very curious that you claim everyone else has a homoerotic fantasy. Also you commented on others grammar, and yet you put periods at the end of phrases. Also, you claim to have all these people in the palm of your hand as you wind them up and make them dance, yet you are the one who keeps coming back to comment on this video.

  • You amuse, my poor lonely, @Austink1992. Here you are, my new wind up toy! Let's crank you and see you spin for us. Look at you go!

  • @TruthAxe do you happen to be on LSD

  • @TruthAxe STONER ALERT, STONER ALERT!!!

  • @TruthAxe If you're so desperate for an explanation of this, learn your basic minor pentatonic and how to add in the major 9th (or learn your dorian on top of your minor pent). If you can't figure out what key your in, then learn your notes. You can use this kind of lick in pretty much any blues/rock minor context and even many major instances. That's all the theory that can possibly be administered for this basic-ass lesson. Get it? Beginners wont, but if u know theory you dont need explanation.

  • @MrApocalyte

    standing ovation!

  • @MrApocalyte, im glad we agree :D

  • @TruthAxe Oh by the way, this guy has a successful operation teaching guitar. He gets paid to play guitar... How come you're not making a living teaching lessons? And if you are, well then surely you can prove it by uploading a couple videos flexing your superior teaching methods.

  • very cool man!

  • Great lesson! I wish everyone would teach like this! Well done!

  • please could you passme the tabs??

  • wait wait slower, my stuff just souds funny,

  • this is awesome it sounds really similair to the lick near the start of texas flood...

  • Excelent teach,video&quality,lick !

  • yeaaa dude thanx

  • Thanks - very nicely done.

  • amazing marshal :O

  • intro voice sounds asian

  • im liking the all white guitar

  • @mr39313 its not a white fretboard....

  • very good

  • Instead of ending on the G; hammering ont the G# or going back to the E, sounds better/different.

    Just a tip.

  • @JilaX nice tip :) sound great bro

  • Great lesson...perfect explained....!

  • muchas gracias por este video!

  • timing is kinda off if you wanna imitate srv.

    to my ears anyway.

  • the new camera is p.i.m.p.

  • Just as constructive criticism: try speeding it up a little bit more. It sounds like it's 99% there, but missing a little speed...

  • nice thx

  • you touched tone knob on fender?))

  • Thank`s man ! very good... I was great for me your lesson ! Cèsar from Argentina.

  • Wow thats bad ass. Did he tune it half a step down like Stevie?

  • dude, this is sick... love it =]

  • I catch all the tech. like hammering and pulling well.

but I can still play as fast as you play , is there any tips for me??

  • @kevexG practice.

  • Practice practice. Playing fast relies on expert memory of a certain lick. There are a few licks I play a lot that I can do reallllly fast but when I learn a new lick I can't immediately play it as fast as the ones I already know.

It takes training to get each lick faster and faster. And I mean a lot of training..

  • Awesome.....Keep up the great work.

  • nice, is that a marshall haze in the back?

  • No it is a JVM401H.

  • Oh, I didnt see the amount of buttons there. I just got a quick glimpse of it without going back. Nice lesson by the way.

  • @rotren Got it. Hahas. I responded like 8 months later. I didn't even see the notification.

  • i like how you zoom in close enough to see what both hands are doing at the same time. thats a good teaching technique

  • Thanks, good to hear the feedback.

  • @rotren yes i agree. this lesson is very well delivered, concise and clear. I will try this one for sure

  • Man! keep the srv stuff coming !

    I would tune in everyweek.

  • does anyone else think he sounds like Microsoft Sam? lol

  • @CrazeSniper ha ha ha ha
