The U.S. Attorney General needs a committee to review the Arizona bill for him? The Arizona immigration law is possibly unconstitutional when it strictly prohibits racial profiling. However, the federal law is not unconstitutional and allows racial profiling. The federal law states that any law enforcement officer can randomly request proof of citizenship of anyone without probable cause. How screwed up is that?
