Is there a way to get ride of the stupid white border thats around the pictures? The only way i can think of is to export and crop but that would take forever
Click, "Custom File Dimension," and change the sizes. I used 10X15 since I was using a portrait. I shoot with a 30D, so any 2:3 setting would work for portrait, and 3:2 for landscape.
That crops it out for printing, but I squeezed out the white borders by dragging the lines and it still exported to a JPG with the white borders still there.

If I use print to file I will loose the original name of the file ! How can I do this without loosing it ? Thanx

@sebastiantm when you print to file, you can have the name be the same as the original image.

on the right, where it says 'print job' there's a drop-down for print to printer or print to file.

But you can still save as .JPG without the borders doing it this way. Just choose Print to JPEG.

white border? you can reduce the margins, change the cell sizes.
