Ah, I think this is the best women self defense video I ever encounter in youtube so far. Much better than half-ass technique that will make bad into worse.

As a former self-defense instructor in the Navy, I can tell you that women can give off signals that they are victims. Their lack of alertness, the way they move, body posture, plus no training in self-defense, result in an injured or dead lady. All women, young or old, need to say "I'm never going to be victim" and take a good self-defense course for women from a gym with certified instructors.
