Gosh my Fiancee used to sing this song. I lost her several years ago to a cardiac arrest due to an asthma attack... today I am missing her greatly... She sang professionally for years... And sounded a lot like Sandy Patti..
I will always remember and love Pamela Sheleene Brown.
Years ago I was at a funeral for a young, gay man who died of AIDS, and the chapel was nearly empty because of fear of "catching it" and judgement of his lifestyle. A young fellow stood and sang this song, and it was PERFECT for the situation. I never hear this song without thinking of my friend, Randy.
shes comming to atlanta georgia in aug 2011 to mt paran church sandi patti and larnel harris concert go to the church web page and buy your tickets also the first 1000 tickets buyers get a FREE cd or her singing
Is there any way to edit this video clip and delete the beginning and end??? The introduction was unnecessary and, after such a wonderful performance, the man ends by saying "Sandy, you're a mess!" That statement is soooo distracting, especially after being ministered to by such a lovely song!
I first heard this song in 1999 during a very dark time in my life. On this Good Friday, it means a lot to hear it again. I, like so many others, struggle with a poor self-image, because of past mistakes, or because of what others have said about us. I am thankful to God that I had parents who loved me no matter what, even when I messed up. In heaven's eyes, there are no losers! Thanks be to God!
I used to listen to this song 17 years ago and though I was newly born again, I would find myself in deep worship to Jesus by the time the song would end. Your songs bring me closer to the Presence of my Father. God bless you Sandi Patty.
I asree with that statement anytime I here Sandi I feel like I've died and gone to Heaven. She is a beautiful singer and christian and I love Her as both.

@TheJwood45154 Great idea! This song is perfect for that situation.
I remember that my wife sang this song as a solo, and I was blown away, since I didn't know she could hit those notes. And then later she sang Sandi's song "I've Just Seen Jesus", which has atmospheric high notes. I was absolutely floored.

My Sister In Law sang this at my brother's funeral. My brother committed suicide. There were NO dry eyes.

Absolutely a beautiful song about the 'acceptance', we have with God through our Lord Jesus Christ by Faith.

Sandi reminds us that God sees the eternal value in each soul. Now only if they would turn to their Creator.
