Thanks for the compliment, but I am not a professional and I have no commercial endeavors.. I do mostly family wedding videos. YouTube allows my videos to stay up if the copywriter chooses to advertise the songs on the video. YouTube and the Copywriter can shut me down anytime they choose. But so far they haven't done that. So I guess everybody is happy.
As a video professional, I must comment on your use of music. For a video business to post a video on YouTube using music that is copywritten is not very smart or professional. I know that videographers do it all the time, to put it out there for industy lawyers to see is just bad judgement.
