That was the Demilich and it has one of the most powerful weapons in the mod: the "Dark Flame Staff" or something, its alt-fire can kill many cyberdemon-class and spiderdemon-class monsters in one shot (provided the projectile has room to turn P: )

That guy, Deminlich, He's from one of the Heros of Might and magic games (Ithink the third). He's way eaiser in that game. DBT decided to be a dick and gave him super powers (and super rewards)

Lichking is harder though. Just type summon lichking in the console in zdoom to try him out. And this boss is actually called demilich in case you want to summon him. FDBTServant, FDBTPet and FDBTApostle are few made by him (thanatos guy) which are similarly hard.

The bosses with reflect like, lichking, demilich, the pet and the servant are really hard if you dont have the weapons for them.

Thats a Demilich. One of the hardest enemies. Takes alot of ammo to beat him becouse he reflects shots. Some of his attack will kill you in one shot unless you got loads of life and armor. Dunno when he stops reflecting but he does sometimes. Hes really really though at harder levels. Raevus and Set monsters are really hard to. I would say they are op at higher difficulties even.

That music came from the Yashichi (that orange thing) which was in Megaman. It refills all of your health, armor, and ammo to maximum.

I only heard the "Item Found" music from Link to the Past when I picked up the Demon Caller.

Well, he dropped a lot of things. From what I saw, he dropped the Demon Caller, Scarab Staff, Yashichi, voodoo doll, Staff of D'Sparil, Staff of the Darkness Flame, and a thunderstorm rune.

No, it's the Yashichi. When picked up, you gains Absortion Armor, 500% or armor and HP, and ALL ammo is refilled.

That's because of a bug (I just discovered it last week after all this time, heh). Whenever the demilich uses the Scarab Staff attack, either minimum or maximum power, it's actually spawning a monster to attack from that specific height, since there is no z-axis option for rail attacks. However, I forgot to set -COUNTKILL and as a result, for each rail attack he uses, it adds to the enemy list without adding to the kill count. That should be fixed in the upcoming version.
