@carperjake I am a emergency response driver for a private ambulance company that use volkswagen caravelles similar to the one on the video. we are trained by a local police instuctor in all aspects of Roadcraft,and i also hold a Rospa Gold qualification. we have the same exemptions as police,fire and ambulance. the only emergency services that do not have total exemption are blood service and coast guard. i hope this has cleared it up for you. kind regards.
