I love all these products and use them . I'm a grandma and proud to say that with the use of Advocare products qualified for Boston & NY. Marathon with a chip time at a local race @ 4.5 min/mile . I run 120 miles a week and feel like I'm 20 ! I will never live without my Advocare products.
