Anybody want to buy one? I'm selling my fz2, It's in brand new condition, looks and sounds like the day it was made. I never really used it much. I'm more of a blues player and just recentley got into the country scene! The only thing is I'm on Long Island. I have it up for $100 on long island craigslist if you want to see it.

so i can get this pedal boss fz-2 or a swollen pickle each $100 think i'll roll w the boss. i got 2 solid state crates pushin 2 cabs and a 15.. check my vids to see some doomy style riffs.. i think this pedal will work great im my arsenol!

@SouthernDoom666 old rigg runnin a 100w tube 6L6's carvin threw a carvin and ampeg 4x12 cabs slavein a LANEY 50w EL34's and runnin a marshall 4x12 and a fender 1x15 combo. boss fz-2 set kinda violent. and a russian muff with the distortion set on 2 and level cranked!!!.. the tone makes you wanna sledge hammer your way threw the side of a concrete wall

i use it level bout 1 o'clock, basss 2 o'clock, treble 10-11 0'clock, gain 12-1 o'clock, mode fuzz 1

from what i can hear, looks like that the fz-2 was built drawing inspiration from the shinei superfuzz (they both have mode 1 and 2 with the same purposes).

Has someone tried them both or compared them?

I would be very curious if they really sound similar, i'm afraid i'll never put my hands on an original superfuzz...

it's gibson flying v faded, amp is roland micro cube, but thats just for home pracitce (like i ever use it :D )

for gigs/rehearsals i use gibson flying v->boss fz2-> mxr 6band eq (old, blue one) straight into poweramp section of Marshall JCM2000 DSL100
