  • there is no footballer 'back to his ways', as said below. Man.. i footballer dependes on the teams couch.. if he doesnt give the player what he needs, he wont show his real football. Maybe this's why he loves playing in brazil.

    btw.. onside, suckers! XD

  • THIS IS SANTÁSTICO !

  • can you describe "frontheel"?

  • @hunter76ers no because there is no heel at the front of your foot.... lol im sorry i cant tell sarcasm through the internet

  • No OFFSIDE because he was behind the ball...check the offside line clearly it is not an offside..

  • offside clearly!

  • fsdfdfsfsfs

  • its funny when footballers kiss the badge, he's not even employed by Santos and he's kissing the badge!?

  • @gundog100 Santos is his hometown club, where he earned his stripes before heading off to Real Madrid and Man City. Makes sense that he'd kiss the badge, even if he's only on loan.

  • @antiuser If he loved them so much why did he leave and go to Real Madrid then?

  • @gundog100 It's called a career. He left Santos when he was very young and it wasn't even up to him - the club owned his pass and needed the money Real was offering. Or are you implying that players should only play for the clubs they support?

  • England ppl r stupid in football cause they dont know that Man City killed robinho's skill cause of their coach not cause of the player himslef

yall want 'em to come back to kill his skill again and i hope that wont happen again cause he will go to another team afta 2010

  • @shelatelsomalie englISH people know alot more about football than your sand riden arse. robinho is a fine player but his game doesnt suit the style of the prem. add that to his attitude while he was at city and its not a recipie for success.

if he does return he will have to either change or fail again

  • bem vindo - robinho de volta ao grande peixão ! DALE DALE PEIXE

  • come back to city robinho, and keep playing like this when you do

  • Santos Sempre Santos!!

  • LOL!!! "golazzzo golazzzo"

  • I'm a Man city fan buts its great to see robinho back to his ways hopefully he returns to city like this

  • I agree, however I think kissing the badge is a bit OTT afterall he is still contracted to us

  • @jonathankane4 : shut the hell up

  • what a fucking great goalllllllll

    very good player...

  • @ bereaux ok u don't have to take a pyscopath on me just cuz i got something wrong!!! and that doesn't mean i'm not a football fan, so don't insult me like that. anyway ur really not funny saying something like that about stevie wonder, trying to be all cool, well it's not. btw i probably am a bigger footy fan than u

  • n fr all of u saying offside, pause it at 0:29... Robinho isnt even on the line of the passer, he is actually BEHIND him.....hw can dat be offside???

  • love how d brazilian cmmnttrs scream "GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" lol

  • Robinho is behind the passer so onside.

BTW WORST DEFENDER - probably got paid.

  • Watch the ball not the player. He is not offside.

    Nice goal.

  • It's not offside because both Robinho and his teammate have passed the defensive line. Also, Robinho is always inline or behind his teammate.

  • mark1996mufc stop watchin fuckin football and calling yourself a football fan u dumb fuckin shit u do not even know the rules asshole stevie wonder could have seen that was onside go watch some other sport like lacrosse u fag

  • Comment removed

  • this is a shocking decision he is miles offside, what the fuck!

  • i am a liverpool fan and i actually saw robinho play at anfield, he didn't play well on the day,but still a terrific player, only little but his quick little touches are out of this world, t.v dosen't do him justice! the best skillful player i've seen and that includes giggs, (i am welsh and i saw him at the millennium stadium)alonso, gerrard and torres, sad loss to the premier league

  • é do Santos!!!!!!porra! golaço de Robinho

    TJS!!!! R.Q.I

  • fucking nice

  • good goal but worse defending ever

  • Not offside. The passer was closer to the touchline than Robinho at the time of passing.

  • yeah.. that was offside. but a tight goal not gonna lie.

  • the ball went backwards so it isn't offside.

  • crap defending

  • Gays are really good at soccer.

  • you must be gay too, you're watching the gays play

  • totally.

  • awesome.

  • not offisde stupid learn ur rules

  • Wow, that was pretty neat.

  • hey im doing a FREE GIVEAWAY! come check out my channel and see whats up!

  • At that angle, you are right in front of the goalie if you are going to turn to shoot, while the back heel allowed to have a wider range. This was smart, not stupid

  • off side

  • OFFSIDE LIKE A MOTHERFUCKER

  • u obviously know nothing about football, they were both ahead of the defense so it isnt an offside

  • i know nothing about football..think before talk silly kid!

  • How is that offside stupid!

  • Robinho wasnt supposed to leave real madrid they should bring him back

  • off-side

  • u obviously know nothing about football, they were both ahead of the defense so it isnt an offside

  • i don't know what anyone else think but that kinda looks like an "off-side" to me.

  • He's not offside. Robinho is inline with the teammate who passed him the ball.

  • yes he is inline with the teammate who passed him the ball but he is ahead of the defensive line and the last defender, that's off-side..¿no?

  • no u jackass that is not offside u socalled football fans disgust me u do not even know the rules

  • Comment removed

  • This doesn't mean anything. He backheeled the ball from a yard out when he could just as easily shot it regularly. Don't get fooled by these stupid tricks. Robinho is still not that great and that is why City let him on loan.

  • 'This doesn't mean anything. He backheeled the ball from a yard out when he could just as easily shot it regularly''

WTF is that supposed to mean...

  • funny... all this comments saying how its a shit league when Brazil Clubs have more Fifa Clup World Cup then any other league.

  • youtube search: transformers 3 megatron and bumble bee...HYSTERICAL VIDEO!

  • Unbelievable...

  • haha they didnt even defend him!

the defender just runs behind him :D

  • @mnbvcxzbs They didn't sell him, he's on a loan.

  • now city know what they've sold.

  • his problem is efficiency and attitude

  • golazo ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡

  • nice... thats why whenever i step on the field ppl fear my skill becuz im brazilian lol.... j/k j/k

  • Robinho is the biggest lump of fail to ever play in the EPL.

  • futebol+miseria+favelas+hambre+pobreza+homosexualidad+prostitutas= OU BRAZIL!!!!!!!

  • horrible defending but im happy that he's at a club that appreciates him better

  • I'm pretty sure you've got that backwards. Man City played him plenty, but if you actually watched any of the matches, you'll know the main problem was that Robinho didn't actually, you know... TRY at all!

  • Didn't he used to play for a little club in Manchester?

  • Well... The only big team in Manchester. If you know what I mean. Champo League for City!

  • @JuGG4JuiC3 he never played for the only big team in manchester, although he wanted to. He signed for the small one by mistake, but he didn't stay long....

  • Ok. Which other Manchester team did he want to sign for?

Because if you mean Utd, well... There not in Manchester.

  • @JuGG4JuiC3 They were the only Manchester team Robinho had heard of. Old Trafford, Sir Matt Busby Way, He wanted to play here: Old Trafford, Manchester, Lancashire, England M16 ORA, and if you want to be a pedant, I think you must have meant 'they're' not there.

  • I thought it was being behind the ball not his own man (admitted his man has the ball at his feet), that constitutes being offside or onside in that situation.

  • Robinho was briefly offside during the build up, but as some have posted above, once the ball passed him, Robinho was free to do as he pleased.

It was a nice goal, but there's no way Prem defenders would have given him that kind of space in which to manuever.

Rob's better suited to the lax Brazilian league.

  • Yea, thats what i thought too, the ball was ahead of him, some how the cross came back, had the cross been earlier then it would have been offside?

  • Nice back heel but i agree he seems offside

  • Nah bro, the ball was ahead of him.

  • It looked offside, but cheers onlinefooty for clearing it up. Class goal, class player, he should go to the world cup this year

  • @RandomMaxandSam1

It's a backward pass, how could it possibly be offside????

  • @JohnWoo

so sorry, i thought the player has to be behind the last defender, and Robinho wasn't. But anyway thanks for clearing it up.

  • Just to clear things up, he is onside!!

I don't know what the debate is - it must be the people who don't know the correct rule. As long as he is behind his own player when he crosses the ball, it is classified as being onside. End of discussion.

  • behind his own player? thats wrong lol

  • Thank you ank1d0 for agreeing and thank you azerion for knowing the rules... I think the only real victor here though is Robinho as while we argue he has probably earned another 10 grand for being briliant (and yes thats an opinion :O but you have to at least be good to be on the kind of money he is on)

  • It's not offside :P he's infront of his team-mate when he crosses the ball in :o. You can clearly see it. The fact that he is infront of the defenders is negligable as he's behind the team-mate crossing it in :) (or the line of the ball). Therefore He's not offside. Anyone disagree is an idiot and needs their eyes checked.

  • Pause on 0:29 he is clearly behind the line of ball ... so mark1996 i believe you to be wrong... any one correcting me? Or can everyone just see im right :P

  • Comment removed

  • @777maxwilson777 yer u r

  • ok, then fair enough, sorry i got a bit confused i thought that he was still offside cuz he was infront of any player from the other team, but i guess i'm wrong

  • No Goal....offside

    Peace and Love

  • hensvoie learn the rules of football you idiot

    ONSIDE

  • i agree it was offside but it was a fantastic goal:D

  • all u assholes stop calling yourselves fans of football when u do not know the rules he is onside, yes he was behind the last defender but he was in line with his teammate, u all are a disgrace to football fans

  • uhhh no! ur wrong, who cares if he's on the line wif his teammate, that's still ofside asshole!

  • @bereaux lol, that was harsh. though i agree that it's onside

  • OFFSIDE ALL DAY. The same rule applies if your way off or slightly off. People who don't know about football will say it's onside. I'll say it again, "he's off reff"

  • A player is in an offside position if he is in his opponents' half of the field and is nearer to his opponents' goal line than both the ball and the next to last opponent.

  • Pause it at 0.29 clearly onside.

  • Clearly onside

  • I can remeber John Barnes doing a similar move but he was onside

  • he's offside all day long.

  • How was that onside?

  • he was offside by a fucking mile u blind cunt

  • are you stupid? do you know wha toffside is? He was behind the player who passed the ball so he's onside you retard.

  • Comment removed

  • u obviously dont know wat off side is if u think he was offside, he was behind the player that passed to him

  • Looks offside to me.

  • He was behind the player passing the ball. Not offside.

  • I know what offside is.

If you look when he kicks it,

    it's a very close call.

    I would say offside.

I guess it's open for debate.

  • he said he wanted to be the best in the world. going to a piece of shit league like that will prove nothing

  • offsides

  • he couldn't handle the premier league so he had to go to a shitty league... not very professional

  • exactly...

  • Shit league, he will thrive.

  • offside?

  • @listamaphone Robinho was behind the ball.

  • amazing goal what a player

  • awful defending....how much time does the crosser have and defenders are nowhere near there men. if you can call robinho a man.

  • He is way to inconsistent in Europe, will never be successful over here.

  • why cant we get commentators like that here in england?

  • GOOOOOAAAAAL!!!!!!!!!!

  • was this his first game for them?

  • "goooooooooooooaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaall" .... I'd punch that effin commentator square in his effin chin if he was sittin next to me!!

  • Check out

Breakbeat UKSP - Feel it in the air

    He amazee!

  • he will be world class out there but he is average in the premiership, he cant hack the pace or the pysical side.. not alot of brazilians make it over here or just wont come here full stop. bellamy was keeping him out and now they have johnson who looked class so see ya later robbie. ps spain and italy sell for reasons not just money

  • Actually, stupid me, he's not. Player passing is beyond last man.

  • Cheeky finish but definately offside.

  • Nah ball is ahead of him - Not offside.

  • thank you zarmortis! finally someone who knows what they are talking about! haha how he is offside? robinho is standing on the 6 yard box when the ball is crossed in and the winger is atleast another 2 yards infront of him when he does so!

  • @nash7884 - Everythin u've said abt the build up n cross is right! N its not even the wingers position that determines the offside situation. Its the position of the ball wen the cross is made. N as u said, 0:29 clearly shows that Robbie is BEHIND THE BALL! Wen will these other noobs learn the rules. Even my girlfriend kno's the active phase rule, lol.

  • its not mate, he is in line with the winger crossing the ball in, the ball curls back towards him! 0:28 seconds, watch.

  • has robinho transferd or jus loaned out??

  • Loaned.

  • he wasnt involved in the play though, it only counts when he is recieving the ball or/and when the first ball is being played. when the ball was played to the winger, he wasnt involved was he! LEARN THE FUCKING RULE YOU IDIOTS!

  • how the fuck can he be offside, the ball is played back you fucking cunts. class finish robby!

  • Comment removed

  • hardly a clash finish, 2 yards out, would have been embaressing if he had missed.

  • man i thought he is ofside.

  • the ball looked to be played backwards so dont think he was offside, and why couldnt he do stuff like that for man city?

  • i wondered about the offside. i think though that ordinarily that would be not offside if the ball was passed back, which it seems to be.

however, he was offside when the other attacker got the ball and that would normally count as offside anyway if he interfered with play (which obviously he did because he scored). there is a grey area about when an offside player can be back in play. but that is far too soon.

so really it is an offside goal, even though the final pass isn't.

  • No it isn't. As that is another phase of play which means when he becomes active he isn't offside.

  • Haha good defending

  • Gooooooaaaaaaaallllllllllllllllllll

  • Great goal but I'm sure he was offside.

  • When the guy who passes the ball to Robinho receives the ball, Robinho is already in an offside position, he then becomes actively offside when he touches the ball to score, so OFFSIDE!

  • Yes, Robinho is already in an offside position wen the winger receives the ball. But that is PHASE 1, n Robinho is not actively involved in the play. Yes, he then becomes active wen the ball is crossed, but havin been passed by the ball n made ONSIDE, he touches the ball in PHASE 2. Therefore, goal is valid! N 2 the others who say he is offside from the cross. Pause it at 0:10. Robinho is not even in the 6yrd box, n the ball is closer 2 the goal line than he is as the cross is made, so ONSIDE!

  • I've been blinded by the science.

  • that is definately offside in my opinion. if you watch it again the ball is curled in front of him. OFFSIDE.

  • Nice defending; more like spectator defenders.

  • It was harder to miss. I could have done that.

Robinho is a bum who couldnt handle it in the best league in the world

  • Couldn't agree with you more.. He looks good in lower skilled leagues dont he.. lol...

  • Shame he didnt like it in the premire league T_T

  • OFFSIDE!

  • What are you on.

The ball was played backwards so not offside

  • He wasnt offside. Cause the player who passed it was in front of him.

  • good goal shame the premier league was too much for him

  • In the Premiership that would be considered offside. Is the linesman blind.!!!!. He's off reff!!! OFFSIDE.

  • don`t be silly!

he was behind the ball . . . neighter on PremierSHIT nor on Moon that would be considered offside!

  • He is a quality player! but he is one lazy motherfucker! and he's found his level in Brazil because he couldnt cut it in England! he had to work to hard!

  • ouch that must hurt man city lol

  • Hes got big balls

  • brazilian class!!

    top player...

  • zola done this for chelsea when these boys where in there nappies

  • Robihno was pure bolocks for city, now look at him here, WTF

  • for all you haters saying the defence and i do not know what...i just want to say since that was so easy how come we do not see that everyday in any league!!??

  • backheel, more like a sidefoot like what ronaldo does and what nani did brilliantly against arsenal

  • class goal, sao paulo are a class team,

every team has bad moments of defense every once in a while, all rob could do is take advantage and score, which he did, in style
