When I was five years old I lost my mom/Don't really remember her, but shit man she's gone/Raised by my dad, lived with him and my sister/At nine moved to NC to live with my dad's sister/stayin with my cousins, everythings all up beat/Went from San Diego's suburds to the country/Everything was awsome then we moved/Clayton to Raleigh, everything went real smooth/Grew up, went to middle school there, met some friends/Didn't think I'd move again back then/But eventually moved back to SD. Hollywood
first i believe that samples cannot be stolen, the beat will never be the same.... because cmon, if dre pete rock and preemo used the same sample for a beat... you would end upwith three totally different beats...
and second promoe album was released in 2004 i believe... and big pun died in 2001 or 2003...
tell me if some dates are wrong... but do you get me? a sample can be used by some artist in the us and an artist in sweeden (since you metioned promoe) and the result will be a lot different... ok the sample is te same.. but this bass line gives a all new feelling to the sample that promoe´s beat didn´t havein my opinion... btw these walls dont lie is a heel of a track

first i believe that samples cannot be stolen, the beat will never be the same.... because cmon, if dre pete rock and preemo used the same sample for a beat... you would end upwith three totally different beats...
