But yeah if you did get into 3D developing then you should definitely make this game, because i know a lot of people that would buy it, pretty much every one in my year because I was the first to download the game to my laptop and I just gave it to everyone and they love it! Congrats on the video.

I loved the clip, dude you should really try to get into a 3D programming organization or something so you can make the actual 3D games, I know that I want to be a 3D developer when I'm older, you could make this game possible if you had a team of people to work with and obviously the game would need to be published somehow so you would need money to be able to publish.

I disagree with Krondelo. This video is amazing, and this kind of game WOULD work well!

I hope they make a 3D N that looks as cool as this. 3D walljumping has been done before, successfully i might add. Assassins Creed I believe has it, Prince of Persia, even Mario has used it! Tomb Raider has parkour-style ninja exploration, but not wall jumping.

I would love to see an N 3D made, but it would need to look like this, it would need good graphics like squiddyfilm has made in this video. 5/5

No it is not real. If I ever learn to program I might attempt to make one but dont keep your hopes up, I failed java!

I used 3D Studio Max to animate the clip and I cut it together in Ulead media studio, although that is just a different version of Windows Movie Maker in reality! Thesedays I use Avid.

I would hate if they did this. It would be a total retcon of the original 'N' story where a ninja only had a life span of about 15 minutes due to high metabolism (although they also have an inexplicable ability to reincarnate if needed, maybe they will work that into the reason why the Ninja is back?). I also hope they include the unlockable ninja flavors.

Very fair comment Mrchapel. For me (as with all games when they evolve) the new 'N' would have the background fluff updated. Perhaps a genetically engineered supervirus was unleashed onto the people and our lovable Ninja set off on a quest against time to infiltrate the robot base and find a cure? Whole Matrix-esq 'robots trying to wipe out humanity' scenario. After all when you beat the game last time the Ninja finally got to live didnt he? I cant remember, anyway interesting thoughts.

It has been slightly edited to fit the length of the song, and I've completely cut the ocarina solo lol. I wanted to make the drones more imposing, as because I couldnt get lightning effects to work it just kindve looked like he was being chased by someone's remote control car. As for the mine, that was an unfortunate side effect of getting the goo to glow green, and my deadline ran out before I could find a solution. As for the goo itself, I thought a 3D version of N would require some other traps that would fit with a 3D enviroment, and as I opted for a 'black mesa' style world I thought it fits.

It says in the credits, but I used 3DS-Max7, although I think its up to 9 at the moment. Great program, industry standard a lot of places. Quite complex if you start looking at all the super detailed stuff but if you ignore a lot of it it can be quite simple.

Hi, as I said in the description the song is 'Player One' by Machinae Supremacy, although it has been edited and cut down, removed the Ocarina solo for starters lol. Great band, their website is in the description and they have a lot of songs free to download from their site. Also you can download their albums from iTunes, but you'll have to go to the Swedish store as I dont think its on many others yet!
