I wouldn't say this is propaganda though. Children associates with the heroes and thinks that Quetzeqoatl's ideas are bad. But it can definetely be a message deliberately put in there. Maybe just their dogma of "you must tell the people what you are gonna do to them before you do it".
Notice how alot of the movies had the actors in outerspace...like Luke , Han Solo (whatever that stands for you guess, the guys trying to get a girl the whole series) and Captain Kirk...They are all in outerspace. What about the earth?

I read an article the other day about peopel who are trying to start a trans humanist religion. It's scary how far advanced the technology is already, too. Soem guy invented a cell phone screen that goes under your arm and is powered by your blood, but it's a video phone that uses magnetic dyes tattooed into your skin. This is real. No joke.
