  • What kind of Stratocaster is Ritchie playing?

  • @LocosPowerMetal I'm a little bit confused... You can see him playing a Stratocaster, but it doesn't sound like one... It sounds more like his good old Gibson ES-335... Compare it with some live videos!

  • There's something strange about this video. It seems to have been shot at De Lane Lea studios in Kingsway London while DP was recording The Book Of Taliesyn, and you see De Lane Lea's famous Sound Techniques mixing desk at 1.33. But then at 2.43 you see what appears to be a much larger Neve mixing desk, something De Lane Lea never had. I'm confused. At least I now know that TBOT was an eight track recording based on that 8 track Ampex AG-440 you see at 2.32.

  • Thanks for all of the Deep Purple vid's....I have a Deep addiction!!!!

  • Made in Germany

  • Fender american stratocaster or telecaster

  • @Shagofull Strat!!!

  • @lheavy1970 Strat with a Tele neck.

  • Круто!!!!!!!!!!

  • Rod Evans seems to appreciate what he's hear at the end of the video. It's make me laugh when I see him like a stoned men. But It's normal cause I probably do the same if I was there.

  • amazing song, rare video

  • Nick Simper on bass. If Purple could have stuck with this line up they`d sell more albums than Zeppelin does today!

  • Showing the bass player while the guitarist is soloing away, classic poindexter filming in those days, a true crime indeed!

  • @blackster Is he the one who made applesauce of Cream's farewell concert?

  • @TheSanityInspector It probably was, if you're referring to the Inglewood video. Love you username!

  • This is a Fender Bullet, a kind of cheaper range from Fender. Today it's a vintage classic

  • Lord - Blackmore... a perfect combination !

  • Loved this!

  • If this is from the History, Hits, and Highlights DVD, could you please post the intro montage (the one that plays to 'Burn')? It's such a great clip but no one's posted it yet.
