Okies I saw this video and heres where im at. First of all staff is just doing their job, and what she was asking was the guys to turn down the sound of the radio because it was too loud. Its not that hard to understand, besides loud noises or music could disturb others sometimes and that is why the convention wants it to be at a crowded noise level, but not like it was at a rock concert. Bottom line is just obey and listen to what staff and security has to say, simple as that.
