There is a document that explains how to remove them and a tool that should have been in your full keycap set when you received it. If you do not have the full kit, please send email to: service@etcconnect . com (no spaces) (or call 800-688-4116 and ask for Tech Service) and they can provide you with the document and/or anything else you may need.
@JBdK12 [Shift] replaces [Follow/Hang], which is now a softkey, {Follow/Hang}. Follow can also be
accessed with [Shift] + [Delay] and hang with [Shift] + [Delay] [Delay].
[Shift] should be located next to the [Delay] button.
For more detailed information on the [Shift] key and the other changes of v1.9.8 please make sure to download the Eos Family v1.9.8 Operations Manual Supplement on the ETCconnect website.
@dcon247 Sorry, let me refine that answer. On Element only, [Shift] is placed where the [Delay] button was (lowest left), and the [Delay] button moves to where the [Follow] button was (one button above lowest left)
