If you ever has encumberance problems, fast travel to market district, take a right and past rindirs staffs and before you get to edwards discount spells, there should be like hallway type thing where there is grass and stuff.

Go down the hallway, take a right and you should see a hollowed out tree stump.

That hollowed out stump is safe for storing stuff.

I keep all my rare weapons in there :D

its also great to keep collections in.
