this is pulse 09 early season..they ended up going through 3 different types of uniforms. they ended up using the blue ones in the end

If one watches the entire video one will see a non-standard '("not focused"- really? You believe this statement?) hand warm up that goes right into a standard focused battery warmup.

No one seems to be getting you wrong at all- all seem to be able to see exactly what you are saying and that it is coming from one who does not have much experience or the ability to split the visual from the audio.

This is a learning situation for many who are also in your shoes.
