only thing I don't like about this one is the steering wheel is on the wrong side...I live the aston martins with the steering wheel on the normal left side of the car!
I've decided to pick the V12V, having driven both. It depends what you are looking for.....but for me he Vantage with the DBS engine and box is so "on" its a winner. I have a TVR, and in many ways it has the spirit of those cars....a bit more refined perhaps.
@joylightclub I agree. I had 3 TVRs in a row. I then had the V8 Vantage and in Feb this year took delivery of the V12. Its sensational and even feels like the Cerbera of old (except so much better build!). Hope you enjoy!
@Maldives88 I'm interested..how long between placing your order and getting your car? I ordered April 6th, and have been told its been painted, but they've not started assembly yet. Im getting impatient!!!

The DBS, I find, is slightly better looking with all of its air vents and "aero" bits and all that; especially the hood. The hood on the DBS is much better looking than the glossy plastic looking bits on this car's. Then again, this car has all of the DBS parts but in a better handling chassy and it costs 20 grand less. I still don't know
They're completely different cars bud. I went to test drive the vantage but they'd just sold the one they had in exeter. So I said, can I check out the dbs... firstly I would have had to sign a disclaimer, and secondly the salesman, having just taken me out in the v8 (and got scared) said i'd kill myself in it. The longer wheelbase has a big effect on the handling. Two very different cars and not really comparables
Lol by saying that you've kinda just clarified my point. They handle completely differently... therefore not really comparables. Ones a GT, ones more focussed

They aren't that different, its just that the vantage is better handling and its smaller. Both are made with the same exact parts.
