Oh, and a Farmer/Pioneer hybrid; remove the reamer and add the saw. It'll remove 3-4mm, making it even nicer for EDC. Let's face it, how often do you need a reamer?

Just kidding. LOL. I if you actually look at it a bit closer, you can see the pros. 1. The alox provides a better grip then the plastic. 2. The blade is a fair bit thicker. Not enough to reduce the cutting ability much, but enough to make it much stronger. 3. The combo is simple, but efficiant.

and, of course, 4. The black alox IS FREAKIN' SEXY.

the black finish on the handle is nice but i prefer wenger swiss army knives due to the gap between the springs. victorinox carved up my hand after 5 minuts of cutting. the springs on the back are kinda deep inside the handle. wenger has everything live up for a even surface

That's really nice. The only a Alox model I have is the Solo Alox. It's my main "sheeple" knife
