Three things President Carter got right on Foreign Policy were recognizing the Peoples Republic of China recognizing that you don't try to influence a country especially a power like China by ignoring it. The Panama Canal Treaty which showed Central America that the United States wasn't interested in colonizing it. And the Israeli Egyptian Peace Treaty & bringing a little more security to those country's.
