Bah. We ALL KNOW that horde > alliance, so why mess up the balance?
If anything, they should make pandaren a NEUTRAL PLAYABLE RACE so that u can set both horde and alliance cities to "at war" and gain rep with any faction. It'd be SO FREAKING AWESOME.
