I'm an idiot. It's a remix of Confusion (of course it's a New Order song). It can be found on disc 2 of the Power, Corruption, Lies re-release & probably others.

Never mind, ftwelve12 -- the interesting music here is the video game music behind Mr. Saville's comments. He is a bit "toff" here; and I know his work is brilliant. But I hope he can kick tobacco, which contains the most amazing molecules. But it's even worse when your identity is tied up in smoking.
