Occasionally Free Guinness all night at O'Shea's,... an Irish pub in Whitworth Street, Manchester, that dates from the late 1800's and serves beers, wines, spirits and a selection of pub dishes. They also have live music every night. Artists night, we sketch portraits for Guinness paid on. Before long the brass-top tables are so full can't hold another pint. I sketch with a bees-wax candle, a plate to collect candle-soot, and goose feathers. Guinness froth to make ink with soot;)
