It's ok, not enough energy though. Not putting a downer on the performance but I use to do this dance as a warm up every day and you need to show the energy:)

wow. you guys are really good. we're doing this dance tomorrow with our Croatian Irish Maiden dance group and we are all so bloody nervous. it's the first time we are doing it and we hope not to crash into each other or forget something.

one of our biggest problems is posture. we are so concentrated on our feet that we forget to hold our arms high and gracefully but we are working on that. ;)

Od pewnego czasu ciągnie mnie na koncerty i pokazy muzyki i tańca irlandzkiego :) Mam nadzieje że zobaczę was kiedyś na żywo ;)

Mam takie szczęście że u mnie w mieście takie koncerty muzyki celtyckiej są dość często (np. Carrantuohill), ale brakuje tańca i ludzi którzy go potrafią wykonać, a jest przepiękny:)

I don't know if that would be a big problem, but what my dance teacher taught us is to do 3 arches and then skip for the remainder of the 8 bars. By the way, where is your school located?

We are Irish dance team Galway. We are from Będzin (Silesia Region, Poland). This dance we've learned all by ourselves from descriptions found on the Internet. I admit that we started to perform this 4 arches by mistake, and so it stayed in that version. If You ask for real Irish dance school, some of us belong to Tir Na nÓg Poland for few months now.

My dance teacher has this book that has almost of the traditional steps, but I don't know the title. That is funny that some of you belong to Tir Na nOg because there is an Irish pub downtown that is called that.

This book is called "Ár Rincí Fóirne" and we've got one now. There are 30 traditional dances.

Yes, I know there should be only 3 arches at the end, but at first we learned "Fairy Reel" with 4 arches. Is it a big mistake or problem? I ask 'cause I'm note sure and I'm curious 'bout that.
