Reagan had more of a natural gift for speaking obviously but President Bush had a way of speaking that was emotional and heartfelt making you feel like he was down in the emotion of the moment with you.

I was 16 when Challenger crashed and Reagan made me feel safe. I wonder if Reagan was in office on 9/11/01 would it of happend. Reagan is with out question the greatest president of my life time

i don't think bush said anything wrong or did badly (for the record i think he's been one of the worst American presidents in her history) but Reagan's address was much more compassionate, heartfelt and presidential
