This is so stunningly beautiful,spine tingling,tear jerking -LOVE it! Some other great pre-idol performances are "Is anybody listening" and a # of his upright cabaret performances! Post idol: check out "Mad World" at River Rock(fabulous vocal improv/jamming and stunning finish),"Aftermath" at Wilkes Barre, and "Broken Open" at Fantasy Springs. Just amazing talent-leaves me speechless.

He is one of a kind and I feel he can sing absolutely anything from rock to opera and who knows maybe even rap...although hearing this made me think he is made for opera or musicals. This brought a tear to my eye. He's unbelievable...and I agree, he should have sang this on AI. I'm still upset that he didn't win, but it may be for the better, because they would have dragged him down with contracts and red tape and all that mumbo jumbo, and Adam is free spirit whose talent surpasses that show... Adam Lambert is the best male singer in recorded history. The "No Boundaries" song was not conducive to show a great singer because it is so wordy, which lends itself to someone who can't sustain their voice.

I couldn't agree with you more. I saw Adam perform in wicked back in 2007 and have been obsessed with that voice ever since. His talent surpasses anything AI could ever do for him, so I'm kinda glad that he didn't win. They would have sucked all that creativity he has dry.
