It could very well be a movie about American soldiers, except that we actually win our battles. Americans about the same, Kill ratio is much higher for nato, more modern army. Afghans are good at two things, waiting and remembering.

Train tea is wonderful for example :) And well, for many (outside of Moscow), I was the first American they had ever met. Yet, that US stereotype did not apply to me -- I am not fat -- intelligent/well educated - athletic - and, a nice guy (most of the time :) But, I must confess, I do have that cocky American smile - ha ha! peace

I also like some things I picked up in Russia - raw garlic - borsch -- cucumbers, etc. And yeah, lots of Americans are overweight - but, the stereotype is not necessarily true. People in Russia were shocked at my age because I look much younger than many Russians 10 years younger than me. I think vodka and smoking is the culprit with some. peace!
