Idk if it's just me but the jason side looks moisturized from what I see. Idk if it's just the angle of it but I myself see a difference. BUT, just sayin.....

Wow, my hair is same texture and length as yours. mine has a some type 2 hair in the middle but around the forehead area is the hardest to manage. but i finally found my hair twin, lol

a way to prevent crunchy hair when u put prdocts or gel is to put a little oil in ur hair ex. oilive oil , safflower oil, argan oil, jojba oil ect

Conditioner wash. Washing with conditioner instead of shampoo. Naturals do it to maintain moisture and natural oils that shampoo strips away. You can co-wash in between shampoos

i can, the right side look darker in color, it looks mosisterized and the curl patter looks a lot curlier.
