It is a great idea, but i can clearly see in the demo that this new game still has the 10-foot ollie physics that all the old TH games had, just with another (and much more, in a bad way, complicated) control scheme. So imma stick with the only game that is true to the pros and the sport: EA skate.

skate is actually pretty good. It brings better tighter gameplay than the old tony hawk games that were getting tired. This board thing seems a bit nonsensical to me tho. I think its trying a bit much, like skate it for wii. At this point u could just by a real board, cuz if u can play this, u should be totally capable of real skating.

Have always been a big fan of all of the Tony Hawks games, but I don't think I'll be getting this- buying a different controller to play one game? No thanks. Too pricey. I'm thinking of working in nintendo when I'm olde and I would design this screen like thing where it interacts with your surroundings like example a game you go to your school say scan, the thing scans the whole school, 3D, slot it a racing game and race around the school smashing into people and others. You turn just by tilting the screen ( just like the iTouch ) but different because you can scan your surroundings, I call it the Triple 60 or Tri 6
