Nice. I'm impressed. Still a little rough. Part of it seems to be due to distortion. Paganini didn't write his music for much emotion. If people want emotion, go play Chopin, Bach, or something out of the Romantic era.
@BoeingB17FF Thanks! Yeah, that distortion sound is very old. Regarding emotion, I have to disagree. My case: the beautiful slow movements of his concertos.
Very nice dude. This Concerto is my favorite piece of music ever written. Nice to see an attempt on guitar! Great playing, personally i could do with a bit less treble/distortion and if there is any delay on there (my ears are kinda worn out) i'd take it off for a cleaner sound. Great job!!!
too much distortion man. it sounds too unclear and messy. listen to someone like eric johnson. he uses distortion but every note is clear and singing. and when you play a piece that was for violin, i think you need to have a more clean tone. thats my opinion anyway.
nice man, and even better playing. How usable is the 32-36 fret? google up gary kramer(not kramer) they have a 36 fret with thin wire down there for easy playing, but theres no cutaway it defeats the point
Above fret 29 it starts to get a little too thin for fingers and fres. Hmmm...maybe a better design would be for the frets to get lower and lower until, somwhere around 30-32 you'd practically be fretless. Thanks, will check out the thin wire...
dude that is utterly amazing! That guitar is sick as shit! Props on having it! Great tone great look and it looks like it feels great! Keep shreddin bro
I think you shouldn't mic the amp connect it direct to the pc throught a POD or something like that. Isn't nice to listen the pick going up and down... and maybe a little less reverb and chorus. By the way... amazig guitar skills.
That's cool that someone finally took part of the concerto and put it on guitar. Let me know when you have the whole thing. That's so cool! I play the viola.

Where have you found that 36 fret guitar? Is that a washburn? How much have you paid that?
BardRonka 2 years ago
what guitar is this?? insane amount of frets
williamindragunawan 2 years ago
It's good, but I don't think we need a distortion.
Luciano4774 2 years ago
great job on the playing! well done
for all the hard work.
but you need to look more presentable clothes wise scruffy t-shirt is not appealing to the eye
when you're doing a show.
and what i don't like is hearing the
acoustic sound of the electric guitar strings -
if you use less reverb and over drive you
can get more definition into the notes
keep it up i'm totally into this stuff
Yngwie Malmsteen is the man!

Good picking. I like that style, have you heard Uli Roth before?
1dillontaylor 3 years ago
Yes, I like Uli Roth a lot. I think he's one of the more creative guitarists in the "shred" world.
FrozenTaco 3 years ago
amazing... BUT WHAT KIND OF GUITAR IS THAT? And is that 30 frets? Its beast!
Mikezillaguitarguy 4 years ago
It's an old 80's beast made by Washburn. The model is EC36...36 frets. :-)
FrozenTaco 4 years ago
dude that is utterly amazing! That guitar is sick as shit! Props on having it! Great tone great look and it looks like it feels great! Keep shreddin bro
Mikezillaguitarguy 4 years ago
rather than adding all those extra frets, there should just be a high A string or something.
Sorabjian 4 years ago
It's very good, but in my personal opinion, it would sound better with just pure distortion without all the chorus/delay/whatever you're using.
Sorabjian 4 years ago
where you find the tab?pls tell me

i wonder how you are going to play the next part with double stops on the guitar
seahyimin 4 years ago
The 10ths aren't so bad. It's the speed of the triplets and playing those cleanly that makes it really hard.
FrozenTaco 4 years ago
I mean REALLY hard.

wow nice job @!

rata373 4 years ago
i love this guitar (washburn rules) but i agree with distorted dingo that it would sound better with less gain
snufkin789 4 years ago
Too much distortion. Would sound better cleaner, where you can hear the individual notes.
