@seroboy007 I lubed mine up with a big of rifle oil (quite thin, comparable to thin yoyo oil) and I can get an average of ten seconds out of it (setting it to lose or tight doesnt seem to affect that)

I'd say you have seven seconds of useable time.

@seroboy007 to put it simply - The Luminator is MASSIVELY better than the SpinStar, sorry If I misunderstood you, I ended up upgrading to a DarkMagic II after about 6weeks (the silicon broke after 3days :( ) so I'm still using my SpinStar and I can never get more than 15-20seconds of play time out of it!

@BUSTERZEUS1 either protostar or grind machine 2. in expert village, andre uses the dark magic to do tricks like ladder escape or any other master level tricks. protostar is extremely stable and comes with a center track bearing. protostar is also very VERY good on landing multiple strings. grind machine is a bit bigger but has hubstacks.

If you have not so big of a intrest in hubstacks, then 100% go for the Protostar. If you're a fan of hubstacks, get grind machine but I DONT RECCOMEND THAT FOR STRING TRICKS
