Everyone on here complaining about the phone shutting off all the time. Its already common knowledge that the reason the phone shuts down is because the way the battery is design it can cause the pins to lose connection with the phone and it shuts it down. Do a Google search on how to fix that and you will find plenty of videos with different simple fixes.So the shutdown is no reason to hate the phone when it has a fix. Obviously you look the ability to do some research when you encounter issues

I have this phone.. It's not a bad phone at all, I haven't had any MAJOR problems with it but occasionally it will freeze up and when you charge it, the phone has to be on which I hate about the phone. Also, the battery life isn't AMAZING but its not bad, unless you are using your phone alot throughout the day then it'll last about 6 hours. Overall I think it's a good phone because its small and easy to text on.. but I wish I would've gotten the Env Touch instead.

im planning on getting the blue one on sunday, is the battery life good? cause right now i have the "samsung sway" and my battery dies quickly :/ and ive only had it for 1 year, and i dont have texting, and i barely use the darn thing. Also when my phone dies, and i turn it back on the screen is all messed up. :/

to fix shut off problems, take out the battery, get a dry q tip and whipe the gold things under the batter and the gold things on the battery too, that should fix the problem :]

I figure out how to send a video message! First you need an Micro SD card, then you go to take video, then options, then either save or send video message, then select the lowest pixels and record a video for exactly or not exactly 30 sec. Get it!

if i were you, i would get the env3 its a very good phone they keyboard is much bigger and easier to press than the intensity.

That's just how LG is. Their phones turn of randomly sometimes. It shouldn't happen too much if you take good care of your phone, but there is a very good chance it will, so just keep that in mind. I love it and I suggest it, everyphone has a few bugs in it, this one gets service everywhere and has great battery life and is wonderful for people like me who love to text!

The phone locks so that it prevents pocket dialing. However if you hit Okay button twice it unlocks the phone so it won't prevent pocket dialing 100% but I never have [used to have the orange original env phone and never pocket dialed]
