I know you have heard this about 120,698 times.... but it's not a glitch... every game has the ghost effect (as I like to call it)... it's a programing error that can't be fixed otherwise the character would be stuck in the game... in Zelda wind waker (GC), when you get the master sword, witch is larger than the hero sword, you'll notice that it goes through the floor... in RE4, if you reload close to an object or Ganados you might see Leon's arm through them...
